The trans Bud Light commercial is so over-the-top counterproductive that the only plausible explanation for it is that a rival beer company sent them a Trojan Horse marketing director to drive down their sales.
Would this be considered a Dicksy Chicks move ?
Inclusive marketing department (tag) teamed up with an inclusive advertising agency after hours at The Stonewall!
He broke the law shooting over and at water (which can cause ricochets and deflections). Just saying.

End of the 1985 HBO movie, Beer. Hilarious.
Bud lite, take it in the bottle or take it in the can, if you are sensitive enough.
What I am curious about is, if whoever is in charge of advertising really thought that such an ad would increase sales? I believe they would be better of getting rid of whoever approved this ad as some controversial subjects are better left untouched. Unless of course the whole purpose of this ad was to reduce their business. I really don’t blame the advertising agency as they cater to any type of crap desired by the business they work for and is approved by them.
You got to love the version of the can with Big Mike on it.
LOLOLOL, Thanks for the video link - Totally worth the watch and laugh!
Be bought by a European beer conglomerate is how.
Right now European marketers are just aghast that we Americans are so upset over this.
I’m jealous. Kid Rock can afford a real automatic weapon. Dang, that looked like fun.
These big brands did not do this out of stupidity. They were forced into this to send a message to the working class MAGA crowd.

Really? Interesting because I shoot beavers all the time in my 10 acre lake with the full consent of our DNR.
What is “controversial” is now dictated by the Left.
Companies want to avoid “Controversy” at all costs.
And in today’s crazy world, it’s “controversial” to oppose transgenderism.
Hilarious!
Maybe your state is different.
IC 14-22-6-10
Shooting into or across waters of the state
Sec. 10. A person may not shoot into or across:
(1) the waters of the state; or
(2) the boundary waters of the state;
except in the lawful pursuit of wild animals.
As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.15.
Ahhh, waters of the state. I’m betting he owns the lake like I do and none of it touches state land.
Buds rivals need to pounce on this with ads making fun of Bud
The boycott covers a lot of ground: "Anheuser Busch Inbev NV (AB InBev) is a Belgium-based company engaged in the brewers industry. The Company owns a portfolio of over 400 beer brands. The Company's brand portfolio includes global brands, such as Budweiser, Corona and Stella Artois; international brands, including Beck's, Leffe and Hoegaarden, and local champions, such as Bud Light, Skol, Brahma, Antarctica, Quilmes, Victoria, Modelo Especial, Michelob Ultra, Harbin, Sedrin, Klinskoye, Sibirskaya Korona, Chernigivske, Cass and Jupiler, among others. The Company's soft drinks business consists of both own production and agreements with PepsiCo related to bottling and distribution arrangements between its various subsidiaries and PepsiCo. Ambev, which is a subsidiary of the Company, is a PepsiCo bottler. Brands that are distributed under these agreements are Pepsi, 7UP and Gatorade."
I've been trying to find a definitive list but Google is not cooperating.
Anheuser-Busch is no longer owned by the Busch family, which ran it since before the Civil War. In 2008, a company based in Belgium and Brazil successfully staged a hostile takeover.
No such thing as an American company anymore.
