Only out is a pardon from Daddy. Maybe the Dems are going to give Joe a deal he can’t refuse.

No one will prosecute him for doing this stuff on video, even though all of us would be. There is no justice in this country anymore.
First off, they have to prove its crack.
Was it tested? Field tested even? Nope.
Then they have to prove the hooker was paid.
Was that on video? If so, what exactly was she paid for?

Hunter will walk. Reasonable doubt from a hand picked jury.
The FBI has had this stuff for a long time now.

The video is horrific. Can’t see Biden surviving this but I am sure he will.
Hunter lied on his gun application about his ongoing drug use, which he confessed to in his own writings and television interviews. The videos reinforce the evidence.
Who’s to say it wasn’t a toy gun and baking soda?

Was Hunter under oath when he wrote his book or when he did a T.V. interview?
It’s not against the law to lie to the media…….
I’m not at all defending Hunter, just pointing out what his Lawyers will argue.
The problem is not Hunter Biden, the problem is not Joe Biden, the problem is we the people standing for it. How many of you will take to the streets tomorrow to protest this until our Congress does something? I am pointing fingers not only at others but at myself as well.
Well I’m certain the opposition party is going to really make some hay from the stuff in that laptop! Whenever we get an opposition party, I mean.
You don’t need to be under oath when you confess to a crime for it to be admissible. The jury would decide whether or not his various confessions are truthful. The videos and his overall history would both add credence to his statements.
When we get to the point where the only way our elected representatives will actually take heed of the law and execute their oaths of office when we take to the streets and force them is the day that that we really don't have a representative republic anymore.
Sadly I think our collective inaction (me included) has left us at that point. But the reality is that when lawless politicians feel coerced into doing the things they promised they don't discover humility. They wait for the storm to pass and then they unleash hell on everyone who dared challenge them. I fear dark time in this country for the foreseeable future.
