You don’t need to be under oath when you confess to a crime for it to be admissible. The jury would decide whether or not his various confessions are truthful. The videos and his overall history would both add credence to his statements.
You can confess to being the Hillside Strangler all over Social Media and on T.V. all month long.

All Hunter Biden needs to do is ask to see the proof that it was actually crack in the video. And guess what, the only proof there is comes from Hunter Biden and his own produced video.
He will deny it was crack and claim it was just a prank.

There is no chain of custody, there is no crack as evidence, the crack in the video was never tested to prove its crack.
