Former Trump campaign advisor Roger Stone tore into Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) on Monday after an Axios report detailed former President Donald Trump’s frustrations with the governor.
Axios reported Sunday night that Trump is “irked by DeSantis’ popularity and refusal to rule out running against him” in 2024. The report cited sources close to Trump, saying the former president has been “trashing Ron DeSantis in private as an ingrate with a ‘dull personality.’”
Stone took the criticism a step further, writing on social media, “Trump sometimes President Donald Trump hits it right on the nose. Ron DeSantis Yale Harvard fat boy can’t get out of his own way. Not smart. Not honest and not going to be president.”
Stone, known for his conspiratorial rhetoric, added that DeSantis was “An unknown congressman with a bad haircut and an ill-fitting suit until Donald Trump made him governor.”

Roger is a provocateur
A man who has a giant liberal president like Nixon tattooed on his back, and a former president who is fat and has rallys that are repetitious and boring are in no position to tell the most popular governor in the state and the nation jack sh!t.

People need to stop supposing that everything that contradicts their feelings is a lie. It’s really damaging to see clearly.
Divide and conquer. It’s not new.
People keep fooling for the same song and dance every time. Republican elitists know just what words to say and just what actions to take for a short time until they get elected. And then it’s whatever the donors want.
Trump was the first to start backing away from that until globalists like Kushner and Meadows started pushing for the same old GOPe crap—tax cuts for billionaires and no infrastructure for the heartland.

Kushner and Meadows had nothing to do with this. What you describe here can be attributed entirely to the Republicans who controlled Congress in 2017-18.
Yes Paul Ryan was a big part of it. But Kushner loved Ryan. And Kushner and Meadows kept steering Trump away from infrastructure after Ryan was gone. That was a huge mistake. People need help with their roads and bridges and got none from the GOP.
The GOPe was a big block against payments to people harmed by the lockdowns though. I definitely agree there. Trump had the right instinct.
