Reports are that the new judge in the Democrats’ latest attempt to prevent the Senate’s audit of the 2020 results was assigned by former Democrat Governor Janet Napolitano. New hearing scheduled for tomorrow.
The new judge in the Democrats Maricopa County case where they are again trying to stop any audit by the Senate of the County’s 2020 election results was appointed by Janet Napolitano, the former governor and Obama’s Secretary of Homeland Security:

Repubs should hire one of his former law clerks and add him to the case.
It’ll get appealed to the State Supreme court very quickly I bet.
Why do I think the dems are just trying to delay until they can figure out how to burn the building down without getting caught?
Why did the first judge recuse himself/herself?
The only problem with that is that democrat law clerks are loyal and will never break ranks like a Republican would.
Also, the Democrat judge will never recuse himself like a Republican will.
They will plow right ahead and rule.

Why in the world would they care about getting caught? They could burn it down, 300 people could die in the fire, and no one would hold them accountable.

Read post 5 and you’ll have your answer — dems hired a lawer who clerked(?) for the judge on the case thus recusing himself from the case due to possible conflict of interest/ethical concerns.
Why do I bring him up?
He use to say that he "owned the plate". Get to close to it and he would throw a high heater inside.
He played hard ball and played to win.
The Democrats play politics like Don Drysdale played baseball.
They just threw a high hard one inside and the GOP is dusting the dirt off their collective butts.
The GOP plays soft ball and they will lose this case

If he was appointed by Janet he is dirty.
Are they smart enough?
Unless the clerk/new lawyer advised the judge on matters related to this case ( which I seriously doubt), this is not grounds for recusal.
Something else is going on here.
