On January 6th, 2021, Ashli Elizabeth Babbitt was executed by a Capitol Police Officer who seemed to hold no restraint. 50 days later, the Capitol Police Officer responsible has been identified in photos before and during the shooting. The Police Lieutenant’s name is being withheld from Ashli Babbit’s attorneys.
This is the Officer responsible for using excessive force and executing Ashli Babbitt. Before killing Ashli, the Officer is seen aiming his firearm at fellow colleagues. You can see the Officer disregards nearly every basic firearm safety rule in the book. His finger is wrapped around the trigger, while his firearm is aimed in the direction of his colleagues.

The rumors I have heard, is that he was Brazilian-born, and that he was assigned to Chick Schumer’s personal security.
Also, that he was working “security” when Steve Scalise was shot up on that ball field.
He also got a medal of bravery from Trump.
There should be some public photos of those events. Possibly identifying him
there was a lot of coverage on Scalise shooting.
I can't say for sure, but I believe it's an Emergency Respirator Mask, AKA Gas Mask. Apparently, there is one under every chair in the House and Senate. Here is a picture of a similar product.

Somebody knows who he is. Maybe checking all the policemen or security guys who got medals for bravery from Trump for the ball field shooting.

It's unlikely that David Bailey is even in Washington DC but I suspect the conspiracy theorists would do just about anything to implicate this guy........
He is a murderer. 1st degree.
It's a police officer, not a businessman. So no, there will be no murder charge or any other charge.
Thought that his life and safety or the life and safety of others was in danger so he shot. Justified shooting. Or so the report says.

Said People being in the process of breaking down the door. Officer fired in defense of those on his side of the door. Justifiable shooting will be the ruling.
And they showed their appreciation by trying to batter in the door and get at the people on the other side.
He was trigger happy.
She was making a concerted effort to breach security.
Bad combination.
Not only was she unarmed, she was surrounded by security personnel.
I would be shocked to see someone breaking in to my home while law enforcement personnel stood around immediately next to them. Ashli was obviously no threat.

Wrong guy. Some idiot with a blog quickly put that out and it went all over the internet. But he only had 1 pic, a bad one, and he was flat out wrong. Too late.
