On January 6th, 2021, Ashli Elizabeth Babbitt was executed by a Capitol Police Officer who seemed to hold no restraint. 50 days later, the Capitol Police Officer responsible has been identified in photos before and during the shooting. The Police Lieutenant’s name is being withheld from Ashli Babbit’s attorneys.
This is the Officer responsible for using excessive force and executing Ashli Babbitt. Before killing Ashli, the Officer is seen aiming his firearm at fellow colleagues. You can see the Officer disregards nearly every basic firearm safety rule in the book. His finger is wrapped around the trigger, while his firearm is aimed in the direction of his colleagues.

This is not the shooter. There was a video a day or 2 after that shows the shooting and I can’t find it anywhere. The guy steps out was white and his forehead and hairline was different.
Does the Capitol Police have inferior handgun training to the Boy Scouts?
The black man in photos posts #1 #2 & #4 has a bracelet. I do not see a bracelet in the hand of the shooter in the photo in post #8.
Are ‘we’ looking at 2 different shooters?

I don't know if David Bailey is guilty, but I suspect the swamp would do just about anything to prevent the public from knowing that a black police officer shot and killed an unarmed white female Trump supporter.

What I was thinking, after some of the comments from the deceitful liars occupying D.C., suggesting the shooter was this big hero who saved the capitol from the unarmed female.
After they went out of their way to protect his identity, I initially figured it was going to be some imported stooge from Somalia or Ustinkistan, who they employed as a hired gun.
I think he has been ID’d [never officially] and web searched.
