It's unlikely that David Bailey is even in Washington DC but I suspect the conspiracy theorists would do just about anything to implicate this guy........

Transparency is the best way to stop conspiracy theories before they start, and to say the least, the Capitol Police have not been transparent here. They know who the shooter is, but they won't disclose his name. Some people who have watched videos of the shooting are convinced that Babbitt was murdered, or at least that her shooting was not justified. There is a way to resolve the questions that surround Babbitt's shooting: Conduct an investigation and share the DETAILED results with the public, followed if necessary by a public trial.
Just for the record, as of right now I suspect that David Bailey was the shooter, based on the photos I linked in post 107, and on the stonewalling of the Capitol Police. "I suspect" does not mean "I know." I do not believe the theory that Babbitt was just an actor who was never shot. Whoever the shooter was, I believe he would probably be acquitted in a public trial, but at least we would find out exactly what happened. Instead, Ashli Babbitt is being disappeared.
