ATLANTA — Judge Timothy Batten in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia has dismissed the lawsuit. A similar suit in Michigan was also dismissed this morning. Powell will appeal to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta, which dismissed a similar suit brought by attorney Lin Wood this weekend.

This is not unexpected; the lawyers expect all the cases to be dismissed and go to the Supreme Court. There’s no reason to panic at this time.

There are a number of reasons why he threw it out
One of them, as I predicted and was told I didn’t know what I was talking about..is that plaintiffs have no standing.
The failure to pay the filing fee dismissal is a different case.
Continues to be a clown show.
I read through it. Makes good points, but if someone won’t put their name to their work, it diminishes the value substantially.
Lin Wood is a treasonous fraud. He’s a sociopath nut job, with a god complex. He is a registered Democrat, who supported, donated to, and voted for Barrack Hussein Obama in both 2008 and 2012. He has donated large sums of money to Democrats - including to Purdue’s opponent in 2014.
Sidney Powell is a conspiracy bullsh*t artist, and always has been such. All her mathematical and statistical claims unfortunately do not equal direct evidence in the eyes of the court. Dismissal of her “kraken” was always the predictable outcome.
The Trump legal team distanced themselves from these two idiots for good reason.
And now that insane a-hole, Lin Wood, is inciting Georgia Republicans to not vote in the January 5th senate run-off? And Sidney Powell is mimicking the same position, ostensibly claiming that voters should protest by staying home - “until the voting apparatus is fixed?” This goes beyond cutting off one’s nose to spite one’s face, and well beyond shooting oneself in both feet ... This is insanity on an unfathomable scale.
These two individuals are both subversive crazies, who are going to cost Republicans the U.S. Senate, and thus destroy the country - and all accomplished so that these two fools may imagine themselves to be “kingmakers.”
