ATLANTA — Judge Timothy Batten in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia has dismissed the lawsuit. A similar suit in Michigan was also dismissed this morning. Powell will appeal to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta, which dismissed a similar suit brought by attorney Lin Wood this weekend.

Did I state anything about not supporting the present fight? No. I fully support exposing the election fraud that occurred in THIS election. However, that does not justify anyone telling Republicans to boycott the January 5th run-off. Even President Trump has said as much. Are you going to dispute him too?

I don’t give a flying rat’s tail whether the two Republican candidates do not meet YOUR “purity” standard. We MUST control the Senate, because it is the LAST FIREWALL to stop the Dems from literally steamrolling this republic into a socialist dictatorship.

If Trump does not win his fight to stay in office, then all we’ve got is the Senate. That is the fkg REALITY - whether or not you approve of the candidates.

Why are you people so god damned stupid? You are behaving like a bunch of ignorant children, pissed because you did not get your way. I’m pissed too - but I’m not going to just roll over and let the fkg commies take control of the Senate and destroy the country so to punish the GOPe.

How the Fk can you people be so oblivious?

Oh? So you do not believe the Republicans will be on this like white on rice? I strongly disagree with your assertion. Now that the fraud has occurred in the general election, it is highly likely that any attempt at doing the same in this run-off will be scrutinized so thoroughly as to make the attempt implausible.

"The reality of Wood’s no-vote proposition is if the run off election is subject to more election fraud, the do not vote as a protest. In actuality, with election fraud, your ballot will be nullified with fraudulent ballots and machine shenanigans. This will make your vote a no-vote anyway."

One way to look at this...if the turnout is relatively similar, the communists will know what level of fraud they need to engineer. At this point, they aren't stupid or bold enough to go for 15 point wins for each of their candidates.

However, if half (or more) of the GA (R)'s take Wood's advice, or follow his lead, then it's very possible each of the rat candidates will wind up with a 15 point "victory" with less need for fraud.

The later, would be used as a "mandate" to go full steam ahead with their publicly advocated armageddon agenda. [See, the Republicans didn't even bother to vote, so we have a clear mandate for our agenda].

He actually worked on behalf of Herman Cain in 2012, and defended him as an attorney, so your assumption that he was on Obama’s side is pretty ridiculous.

I was going by the Breitbart report. I've actually never looked into Wood's past. However, according to many sources it is on record that he donated money to Obama in 2008 and other Dems prior and/or since. All I know about him, other than that, is that he comes across as a bit of a kook.

Recall the phony, sudden 'convert', who led the so-called "Unite The Right" rally in Charlottesville, Jason Kessler, was actually a huge fan of Obama and John Kerry, according to his own fairly recent postings on Twitter and/or Facebook, and elsewhere. That plus having various left-wing positions. His goal with the bogus rally, IMO, was to create chaos and undermine the legit right, to basically start a civil war, or at least launch us on a path to one.

The picture of Republicans that is indelibly etched into my mind is John McCain walking up the dais putting his thumb down and saying “let’s see him make America great now”. Thus preserving Obama’s step toward universal government healthcare.

That’s what Republicans mean to me now, because that is how they continue to act. They are the government class, every bit as much as the Democrats or the bureaucrats are.

I voted straight Republican ticket for 46 years. Never again. They’ll just have to do without my vote now as I won’t participate in a Soviet-style sham that they desire to perpetuate every bit as much as the Democrats do. They haven’t stood up for me, so I’m not going to stand up any longer for them. That’s politics I guess. They can enjoy this side of it now.

I don’t know how many there are like me...three in my own family I know...but I suspect after this, there are enough that they can become a permanent minority party. That’s fine with me, I will have socialism and a government letting in millions of immigrants, enacting green energy policies with 52 Republican Senators, 50, or 45...since they are so eager to work with Biden, just like John McCain was so eager to work with Obama even after he was gone.

McCain and Romney and Flake and Alexander and Sasse and Portman and Rubio and Scott and Graham...they were all deeply upset that Hillary wasn’t president. Why is that? Well, maybe I can be deeply upset if they’re in the majority and rolling in the lobbyist and corporatist money. What’s the difference...or to quote the woman they wish was president today “at this point, what difference does it make.”

At the end of the day, I just don’t give a crap about them or their majority. They never gave a crap about government of, by and for the people...so I’m not going to give one about government of, by and for the government. They will just have to carry on without my vote. Should be no trouble at all for them.

We have elected Republicans who are fully supporting the ongoing coup that resulted in Trump supporters being jailed and his Presidency stolen from us. And you’re worried Wood’s donations?

I'm worried about all of it. The "Deep State" not only is very much for real, but is deeper than I think most anyone ever imagined.

I fully support exposing the election fraud that occurred in THIS election.

Hilarious. Finally, at post #261, after posting dozens of attacks against Trump supporters, you trot this lame mealy mouthed statement out. Pathetic.

the two Republican candidates...MUST control the Senate, because it is the LAST FIREWALL to stop the Dems

BZZZZZZZZZZZT. Wrong answer, of course.

Because if Trump wins, then Republicans would have control of the Senate by way of the Pence tiebreaker vote in the Senate, no matter whether the two Senate candidates ultimately lose, or not.

Yes, that's right. The TIEBREAKER vote. You know, the vote by which is the ONLY way that Democrats can control the Senate, that you claim you are so fearfully afraid of.

Yet you somehow aren't even aware of the simple fact that unless Trump loses, there is no way the Democrats can control the Senate! And you sit here trying to tell us that is your true focus, and you don't even understand the basics of how the control works?

Why are you people so god damned stupid? You are behaving like a bunch of ignorant children. How the Fk can you people be so oblivious?

We're not oblivious to anything, obviously. Because unlike you, we are abundantly aware that the Democrats can't control the Senate unless Trump loses, by way of that thing I introduced you to called the tiebreaker vote.

And that is what the court case TODAY, was about preserving. Your rants are raves about saving the Senate a month from now, when it will already be saved if Trump wins, are clearly just because you have prioritized Trump losing as your main goal, above all else.

“Kook” is your opinion. I happen to believe he is passionate and has conviction, and that is sorely missing on our side. If he was just spouting off that’s one thing, but he is acting and his first lawsuit was filed on 11/13, he was taking action when no one, including Trump’s lawyers were paying any attention to Ga. He’s not getting paid other than donations and he certainly is not doing it for his reputation.

He is the one who subpoenaed the famous videos at State Farm Arena, and is working tirelessly on behalf of Georgians. Here is his lawsuit, soon to be headed to SCOTUS. Here is his lawsuit history. https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/18632787/wood-v-raffensperger/

He is a patriot, he loves this country and he loves Trump and anyone maligning his history sounds a lot like the people on here that used to malign Trump for the exact same thing.

If the fraudulent shenanigans are in place when they have the run offs, your Republican vote was disenfranchised to a non vote.

With those Dominion tabulators, it would be easy to engineer a win for Warnock and Ossoff. They need to throw those tabulators into some warehouse.

Thanks for your extended thoughts. We need more long, insightful posts like the old FR, but people today have been SMS and Twitter bound in their thinking.

I don’t trust most Republicans, but I do need them. They’re like the auto repairman. Carefully listen to everything they say, and never assume it’s actually in your interest, but ultimately you do need them to perform some work.

And we need Republicans for the second amendment now, most of all. Stopping abortion is important, as well. Lower taxes and less regulation would be nice, but those are necessary evils in some capacity, and will never completely go away. Building up police who may ultimately just smash our own doors in could be playing with fire. Immigration? That’s Trump’s issue, not the GOP.

What else are they good for? Not much. I don’t see but a couple ever standing up to China, which is our #1 threat. That issue is where the UniParty agrees the most. And why the MAGA party must be our future, whether it can wrest control of the GOP, or not.

Again, I was going mostly by what's said in this Breitbart article...

"Georgia-based attorney Lin Wood is getting lots of attention for urging supporters of President Donald Trump to break with the president and not vote for GOP Sens. David Perdue (R-GA) and Kelly Loeffler (R-GA) in the upcoming January 5 runoff elections.

Wood’s public comments run counter to President Trump’s own public statements and wishes, as the president has repeatedly urged his supporters to support Loeffler and Perdue and is heading to Valdosta, Georgia, on Saturday to rally with the GOP senators.

Wood’s comments are also in line with what top national Democrats are pushing for, as Breitbart News has reported a national anti-Trump Democrat Super PAC called “Really American PAC” is running billboards carrying a message nearly identical to what Wood is saying.

While Wood made his comments purportedly as a self-described supporter of Trump, while donning a red “Make America Great Again” ball cap, the real story here is that Wood is by no means a Republican and there is no record in Georgia of him ever voting for President Trump—in 2016 or in 2020—in the Republican primaries.

While Wood did vote in the 2020 and 2016 general elections in Georgia—there are no records in Georgia of him pulling a GOP primary ballot in 2016 or 2020, the two years President Trump was on the ticket. Ironically, in both the 2020 and 2016 general elections, state records show that Wood voted absentee—by mail—in Georgia, part of the same system he is now railing against.

In addition to Trump himself, Vice President Mike Pence is making a second trip to Georgia later this week to campaign for Loeffler and Perdue and the president’s eldest son Donald Trump Jr. has been vocal in his support for them as well.

That’s what is so interesting about these people claiming to support the president’s interests telling Georgians not to back the president’s candidates for Senate in the runoffs. But maybe it is not so complicated when looking at the voting history and political donation history of the chief instigator of this narrative, Wood.

Wood has long supported Democrats in the state of Georgia, and now with U.S. Senate hanging in the balance he has positioned himself as a leading voice of the MAGA movement. Republicans currently have at least 50 seats in the Senate going into next year and Democrats currently have at least 48 seats. ..."

Why should GOP voters care more about electing Loeffler than the GOP cared about repealing Obamacare and electing POTUS in 2016/2020? We shouldn’t. That’s my bottom line. The GOP needs to earn our votes and instead spit in our disenfranchised faces.
