President Donald Trump’s legal team distanced themselves from attorney Sidney Powell on Sunday evening, noting that she did not represent the president, either as part of the team or in his personal capacity.
In a statement attributed to Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani, and Trump legal adviser Jenna Ellis, the team said: “Sidney Powell is practicing law on her own. She is not a member of the Trump Legal Team. She is also not a lawyer for the President in his personal capacity.”
Gen. Michael Flynn, a former Trump administration official, said lawyer Sidney Powell is “staying the course” and will prove election fraud after the president’s legal team said she is not working for the campaign on Sunday night.
Powell, who represented Flynn in his legal case, “has been suspended from Twitter for 12 hours,” he wrote on Twitter after former New York Mayor and campaign attorney Rudy Giuliani made the statement about her status.
“She understands the WH press release & agrees with it,” Flynn said. “She is staying the course to prove the massive deliberate election fraud that robbed #WeThePeople of our votes for President Trump & other Republican candidates.”
Powell herself responded by releasing a statement saying that she will continue to represent the “#WeThePeople” — and adding at the end of her statement the hashtag “#KrakenOnSteroids.”
Powell appeared undeterred after the Trump Legal Team distanced themselves from her, while pledging to continue fighting against what she alleges of widespread voter fraud occurring during the 2020 election due to the vote-counting machines. Powell has so far failed to provide any evidence backing her claims.
“I understand today’s press release,” Powell told CBS News. “I will continue to represent #WeThePeople who had their votes for Trump and other Republicans stolen by massive fraud through Dominion and Smartmatic, and we will be filing suit soon. The chips will fall where they may, and we will defend the foundations of this great Republic. #KrakenOnSteroids” Image below:
While it is not clear why Powell’s account was reportedly suspended, a number of Powell’s recent tweets have gotten tagged with Twitter’s warning label, “This claim about election fraud is disputed,” which the social media company has previously used to suspend or ban accounts for repeated violations.
Lin Wood also tweeted: Sidney Powel & I are more alike than we are different.
We are fighting different legal battles for the same clients – We The People.
The People voted overwhelmingly to re-elect President Trump.
All interests are aligned.

I’m not so sure that is the case at all. We will see if that is/was the case though.

But once she went down that storyline it was all over.
Mitch and the RNC arent having it...once biden is certified and legal challenges are over Trump may jump back on the train and go scorched earth.

Okay. You can choose to believe it.
But you also
have to live in a fantasy that the RNC has no power.
I hope that is not what this is about, but if it is, and sides must be taken, I am firmly on the side of rooting out ALL corruption!

I learned long ago to TRUST TRUMP. He never loses. Now what he does do is look to world like he is losing on purpose, and ends up always winning.

Think about what you know about Trump
He very likely believes in what powell is saying.
If software has been used to rig elections it is likely gop used it too
The rabbit hole is deep.
Whether powell really got into it with rudy..or whether its a story being planted to give an excuse...something went down
I hope powell roots it out..but she wont be at any more press conferences
However much we might wish for Trump and/or Truth to prevail, the huge array of corrupt forces arrayed against Trump make his victory an uphill battle, to say the least.
If Biden becomes President, a super-radicalized DoJ will go after Flynn hammer and tongs. Distancing Powell and saying she is not part of the President’s legal team makes it possible for her to handle a request for a Presidential pardon without a conflict of interest. I’ve been all for Flynn getting vindication in court, but the Democrats mean to finish his destruction.

Seems to me it’s most likely one of two scenarios:
1. Trump’s team has decided to completely part ways. Reasons may be she’s a loose cannon, or they want to protect Republicans she may have proof of fraud on. If they have truly broken ranks, their disdain will become more evident.
2. They are isolating from one another, for legal or optic reasons. What she has uncovered is so explosive, the President can’t be associated with it, such as involving national secret disclosure. The decision was based not in what she has done, but what she will soon do.
I am obviously hoping for option #2...
Both are plausible.
But you can bet RNC figures into this in some way.
Certainly trump has to distance from national secrets being revealed.
The cap should have been placed on the milk bottle before the milk bottle was knocked over.
The French should have removed Hitler when he invaded the Rhineland.
People need to chill out. I swear, when did this place get so infected with trolls??? There are likely very good legal reasons for this that they aren’t about to disclose at this point. Sheesh people...

If it does, and worst case Trump’s team is caught trying to protect Republican crimes, they may quickly find his supporters are more pro-America than pro-Trump.
My head is spinning.
We have pretty obvious statistical indicators of voter and electoral fraud, particularly with mail-in ballots, focused on a few key places
And yet we are being bombarded with unverifiable information about Dominion software, Hugo Chavez, China, Soros, military raids on servers in Germany, etc. etc. etc. which can never be known or confirmed in the next 3 weeks, which is the critical period for this election.
In the short-term, all the focus needs to be on the former

The question is not if the RNC has power, but is the RNC willing to use that power in defense of President Trump? The GOPe has no desire to see a second Trump term. Those who offer more than the face saving token opposition are marginalized.
No..the question is how is RNC welding its power to leverage Trump and get what it wants.

Not sure this has been mentioned here, but I thought the presser was not good optics at all. Rudy was extremely distracting while Sydney was speaking, and when he was speaking seemed at times to be almost incoherent. He was embarrassing to me, and probably to Sydney and deGenova as well. I wondered if that team would come apart and it didn’t take long to happen.
