The City of Seattle held a training session for white employees called Interrupting Internalized Racial Superiority and Whiteness.
So I did a public records request to find out exactly what this means. Let's go through it together in this thread.

I am now now pretty much retired after being self employed for 40 years.
Sometimes I think about getting a job, maybe part time or something with no pressure.
Then I hear what kind of crapola you have to put up with and I get over it.
After being in the wild for 40 years there is no way I could adapt to this oppressive faggish stuff they make you follow.
We need to go Sal Alinsky on them and use their own rules against them. Employees ( and I mean each and every one of them ) need to file grievances against the city for creating a hostile work environment based on race. Surely there is an organization out there that can provide legal guidance on these matters and would take up the cause. Judicial Watch, maybe?

Read something on a website (that FR would probably not let me post) about how all this anti-whitey stuff will lead to a backlash and create what these dolt leftists purport to abolish - white identity politics and nationalism. Even though these anti-white racists have persuaded some whites to hate themselves for being white, they are also reinforcing the idea that there is a white race that is distinct and separate.
There is only so long that people will allow themselves to be browbeaten and told they are awful due to their race. Even some leftists, like Matt Taibi, are telling these lefty race-baiters to knock it off, because they will only cause white people to band together and further divide people based on race. Whites will begin to believe that they should have their own interests, as whites, at the forefront if they want to protect themselves and their families.
BLM activists are sowing the wind and will reap the whirlwind.
This crap started right before I retired. I walked out of my one and only diversity meeting by stating that I had not heard anything addressing the needs of Celtic-Americans. That kept them at bay for awhile. Every time I was talked to about being a white person, I just told them I was a Celt and walked out. Luckily, we got bought out and closed. It was fun while it lasted though.

I thought it was crazy to work for someone else in 1975 when I started my own business at 26 with rather than take a “job”. Never looked back, retired 34 years later at 60. Never had an employee either, nothing but trouble.
I had employees for 40 years. Never again.
I’m sure next year’s HR training at my work will include this. You don’t actually have to do anything. Just pass the test. Then the company can say they tried. Which is all they care about.
