And more than a few of the girls have said he was in a compromising position there.
what matters is what happens in a court of law but it doesn’t seem like anybody will survive getting that far
You cannot compel a person to get any medical procedure.
If they can force you to get a vaccination they can force you to carry life insurance and health insurance and homeowners insurance and everything else. Its for your own good.
what a loser.
I respect Alan Dershowitz a great deal — I’m sure he firmly believes this particular idea, but I still disagree: I do have the right to refuse a vaccination, especially one that would put a chip ID under my skin (the Mark?).
So?
My rights come from God, not some piece of paper, and CERTAINLY not from any government!
All a Constitution does is act as a restraint to try to prevent GOVERNMENT from infringing on those rights.
Bogus click bait headline.
Huh. What happened to “MY BODY, MY CHOICE”? Or, does that just apply to KILLING BABIES?
This rag is worthless. President Trump made no such claim nor did he even insinuate such nonsense, let alone outright insisted it was the case.
Which also means forced abortions.
It never was considered to be mandatory. “Fear baiters” both in media and otherwise love to see people upset so they can create division....even before there’s even a vaccine to get!
We live where this first came to the country. Its highly contagious. My guess would be that a very high percentage here have either developed antibodies or are resistant from past exposures to similar coronavirus strains. These people would have no benefit from the vaccination.
Dersh is wrong about this.
He’s been wrong before.
He thinks a British subject/Kenyan is a natural born citizen.
Dershowitz is right, at least as far as the courts are concerned. The Supreme Court held over a century ago in Jacobson v. Massachusetts that mandatory vaccination laws do not violate the constitution. That case has never been overruled and is still cited today.
Do you have a Constitutional right to a vaccine?
This made me super mad but I think I understand where he’s coming from —
Although our courts messed it up — the Constitution SAYS I have a right to keep and bear arms.
The Constitution SAYS I have the right to free speech.
etc.
The Constitution says NOTHING about vaccines. It is silent. It provides me no protection in this area. It doesn’t say I have to take them. It doesn’t say I can refuse. It says nothing.
Dershowitz is simply saying that if your state legislature passes a Vaccine law, then you have no recourse (other than to move).
Huh. What happened to MY BODY, MY CHOICE? Or, does that just apply to KILLING BABIES?
—
Yes. That applies only to murdering babies because only the left gets to make the rules. The right’s only duty is to make sure those rules are followed, often while complaining publicly about them and, if they get really agitated, form a committee to investigate it for five or ten years.
In a way, this hinges on Roe v Wade. Can I make medical choices? Do I control my body? At the federal level, does the Constitution give me this kind of power? Or is it a state decision with the Constitution playing no role at all?
I think mandatory vaccines AND abortion should be decided by your state legislature.

A series of strawman arguments. Dershowitz is saying that you cannot endanger your fellow citizens. Whether you have insurance is irrelevant to that point.
