Is it the campaign thats not up to the challenge posed by Trump or is it the candidate? Is it the campaign that was responsible for underwhelming fundraising or was it the candidate? Was it the campaign that flopped in Iowa and New Hampshire or was it the candidate?
I think the answer to all three questions is the candidate. Bidens comeback, though no doubt aided by the quality of his opposition, looks like a case of making something out of almost nothing.
Even so, its possible that the campaign needed someone new to run it. Theres no way that an outsider can accurately assess this.
However, some skepticism may be in order when it comes to Jen OMalley Dillon, Bidens pick for campaign manager. According to the Post, the only presidential campaign she has ever run is that of Beto ORourke. Nothing about that flop of a campaign would seem to recommend its manager.

I suppose it doesn't really matter Biden has a campaign manager since he won't make it very far past the convention and the way to the convention has been paved for him.
Her name is far too complicated. He's never going to get that right.
Ping.
Hair seems great Ill bet.
Sorry seems = smells
It was an easy pick for Joe. Her hair smelled great!
Brilliant!
It will be fun to watch when she sends Joe out on a skateboard, and tells him to jump up on restaurant tables to give impromptu speeches.
Yeah, none of DeBlasio’s all stars were available that’s who I’d choose...

When is the video of cool biden skateboarding coming out?
The question is does a campaign manager make any difference?
“Gee Your Hair Smells Terrific!”
I can see it now joe on a skate board gliding along scratching his watch and winding his ass, all the way to the debate podium. Then sniffing the stage hands hair that helps him up. Cant wait.
*PING*
Remember, Trump picked the head of a Cruz PAC as his campaign manager, and she helped lead the campaign to victory. She serves in his White House.
Are you talking about KellyAnne?
She is a lot more experienced and mature than this woman and smart enough to have worked for a candidate, Cruz, who himself had talent and smarts.
