You can tell you are watching a segment by the MSM when they have the gall to bash Trump for something he didnt do and then defend a violent group like Antifa.
CNNs Chris Cuomo brought on Rob Astorino and Steve Cortes to talk about the what Trump said during the Charlottesville incident. Unlike a normal CNN Trump bashing session, Cuomo found himself alone in pushing the liberal narrative.
The Charlottesville discussion was brought about by Biden who of course misquoted the president trying to make it seem like he is a racist. Cuomo was trying to push that same narrative but was caught twisting the truth through omission. One of his guests, Steve Cortes, pointed out that he cut a video to make it seem like the president didnt condemn racists.
After playing the clip of what Trump said Cuomo started by asking Cortes his opinion.
Why do you believe that the President said the right thing during Charlottesville? Cuomo asked.
Well, Ill tell you. The main reason is because I can read. And I have read the transcript, Cortes started.
So, rather than believing in a fairy tale narrative, if we deal in the actual evidence, and in this case, that is a transcript of what was said, its impossible to determine anything except for his intention, which was to totally condemn racism.
And and I have to say, Chris, the way you edited that segment, that you showed just before this, was appallingly misleading because you cut the quote off at a critical juncture.
If you continue the quote you were showing, and I want to quote directly here because I want to be extremely precise. He said You had people in that group who were there to protest the taking down of, to them, a very, very important statue, and the renaming of a park from Robert E. Lee to another name.
He then continued to the next answer. I am not talking about the Neo-Nazis and White nationalists because they should be condemned totally. So, he was unequivocal that he was not talking about racist or Neo-Nazis.
But the way you deceptively edited what you just showed
Cuomo:
Theres nothing theres theres nothing deceptive about it.
Cuomo then posted the transcripts of the video and claimed that he cleared up any issue about deceiving the public. So in a way he admitted that the video he cut was misleading.
But that was not Cuomos last blunder. He later claimed that Antifa is a good group and once again found he was alone with his opinion.
Cuomo:
You can talk about Antifa, Ive watched them in streets protesting in different situations, OK? There are certainly aspects of them that are true to a cause, that is a good cause, they want social justice, they want whatever they want in that context.
Not Antifa, CNNs Rob Astorino claimed.
Chris, Antifa is not a good cause, Cortes countered. Antifa does not have good aims, Antifa wants power, wants political power, taken through force. Thats what Antifa is all about.
Antifa is currently under investigation by the FBI. This supposed good group is suspected of trying to get guns from the cartel.
The FBI is investigating anti-fascist activists for an alleged plot to buy guns from a Mexican cartel in order to stage an armed rebellion at the southern border, according to an unclassified document obtained by The Chicago Tribune.
Hey, Cuomo is that what a good group does?
CNN talking head defends domestic StaliNazi terrorists, film at 11.
Gotta admire his persistence in the face of his own stupid bigotry. Thanks fieldmarshaldj.
They’ve been pushing the “fine people” hoax ever since the event. What’s changed is people are starting to push back against it. They’ve been praising Antifa since 2016. What’s changed is people are starting to push back against it. Trump said years ago that he would teach the Republicans how to win. They have been slow learners, but it looks like at least a few of them are starting to try it now.
I guess all Cuomo’s spell their name a L-I-A-R.
When talking about this, I wish people would also mention that this segment of the protesters were the locals who lived in the neighborhood where the park is, and who got permits to protest.
I am not talking about the Neo-Nazis and White nationalists because they should be condemned totally.
These are the people who descended on the protest with national agendas, and pushed the locals with the permits aside and caused the riots.

I really enjoy watching Fredo getting bashed by people who know what they are talking about and have their facts straight.
I really liked Rush calling their father Mario the Pious .
They are VICIOUS THUGS! Social Justice, my ass.
Look at Portland Oregon, Chrissy.
That’s Pope Mario the Pious, you peasant! Respect your betters!
Honestly, Mario Cuomo was without doubt the most insufferably arrogant politician in U.S. history. His regard for anyone who voted for Reagan was one of headshaking finger wagging exasperation. Cuomo was the consummate philosopher-king, wrongfully denied his rightful place as the ruler of us all.
When he was defeated in 1994 while seeking a fourth term as Governor, I rejoiced as I imagined Cuomo sighing in disbelief, “you ungrateful bigots! And after all I’ve done for you.”
That group went before a "friendly" judge, and asked "Do we have to follow the will and spend the money on animals?"
"Nope", was the ruling.
The monies that could have been spent on food, medicine and spaying/neutering at say animal shelters went God knows where.
I stand corrected! Pope Mario the Pious was the most sorry, arrogant prick to serve in public office in our lifetime. 0bama is a very, very close second, almost a toss up.
And yet, Mario could not deign to accept the Dem nomination for Prez in 1988, thus his moniker of “Hamlet on the Hudson”.
The Presidency was beneath him; after all, it could last no more than a mere eight years. What Mario sought as a suitable outlet for his divine wisdom was an appointment to the Supreme Court. But that was not to be.
He finished his days as multimillionaire rainmaker for a law firm, even begging Rush Limbaugh not to highlight his wealthy liberal hypocrisy.
Leona Helmsley, hotel magnate.
