I was falsely accused of having an affair and fathering a child with a woman I never met.
A WOMAN I NEVER MET.
I am a reasonably locally-prominent person. I had the misfortune of being on the front page of a local paper one day when a lady I'd never met gave birth. I gave a lot of money to a school.
She saw me on the paper. She saw I was wealthy and reasonably important. So when the clerk came in with the birth certificate form to fill out, she put my name.
She went on welfare and concocted a giant story of an affair. She was very convincing.
I was briefly forced to pay child support until I spent a lot of money on DNA tests (yes, plural). All came back that the kid was not mine.
I had to attend court several times. I took a deposition. I had to attend court-mandated parenting classes for a child I never wanted to see. I never got my money back.
Probably all in, it cost me $50,000, counting my lawyers.
I almost got a divorce. People gossiped, and do to this day.
Nothing ever happened to the lady who lied. It's a crime to put false information on an official form, but despite my requests to prosecute, nothing happened.
My name remains on the birth certificate, as there apparently is no way to change it. My lawyers take this into account when they set up trusts and wills and whatnot for my estate.
All because some random bitch lied.
ohoh-—oh, yup.
I literally got to know all the local cops because my X was constantly calling 911 on me; for no reason. Hell, she even vandalized my home (and my kids lived with me) and called 911 to report I was going to beat her up; while she waited just down the road. I was at work at the time; my kids had to answer the cops questions. (BTW; I am the one that kicked off the divorce)
That is when word got around to the local cops that I wasn’t the bad guy.
Not all women are bad; there are just some bad apples out there just like there are some bad guys.
I don’t know about how it works in TX but a friend was able to change her son’s birth certificate (child was born out of wedlock) when she married a year or so after the baby’s birth. The child was born in NYS.
Horrible what happened to you, I’m sorry you went thru that ... I can’t believe women are insisting on believing Dr. Ford. Not THIS woman!

That’s awful. Spent all that money to prove your innocence. Many people would be bankrupted by that.

I’ve been involved in family court as a witness and was disgusted by the process.
So, so sorry to hear that. I don’t think any of us can imagine what something like that would be like. False accusations and taking a fortune to prove they are false. There certainly should be remedies for something like that. They want to talk about “equality” - they don’t have any idea of the meaning of the word. Give us what we want now and we will do as we please..they don’t even know how to spell the word!! We all hate what this country has become. Are there good people? Sure but why are they getting harder and harder to find? Why do the horrible outnumber the good? I heard while eating dinner that half the country thinks Kavanaugh did what he’s accused of. I looked at my husband and said, “Half the country doesn’t even know what this is about. Half the country isn’t watching news programs that will tell them the truth.”
He didn’t say it but his look said - soap box at the dinner table, really????

I think this is 99% of why we’re seeing/hearing what we see/hear today about Judge Kavanaugh.. Don’t upset the fragile person - we have to PRETEND to believe her so she doesn’t fall apart...Well, shoot - she came pretty close to that last week - at least, she tried hard to show that she was!

My son, TJ, is an 18-year old freshman in college. He works 34-40 hours a week while going to school full time. Honor student, speaks multiple languages, plays chess, guitar, violin, football, and golf. He's won multiple academic events, including going to State for Academic Decathlon. When he's not at school or working, he's helping around the house. Overall, truly great kid. He has a shepherd's spirit; he's a protector, and committed to the Lord. He took a vow to remain chaste until marriage.
A few days ago, he was at his job when a young couple came into the store. TJ knew the young man (TJ had replaced him) and they engaged in small talk. The young lady was wearing a shirt with the Metallica Ride The Lightning album cover on it. TJ loves Metallica, so he commented, “Cool shirt. What's your favorite song?”
The girl freaked out. “Don't talk to me! I don't know you! You could be a pedophile freak or something!”
TJ is a good-looking, clean cut, honorable young man who would never even consider doing something this vile. He was so mortified, he left the area. Behind him, he could hear the friend, and several mutual friends gathered around them, trying to assure the girl that TJ was a good guy and she shouldn't have reacted that way. He immediately told his supervisors so that they would know what happened. They were shocked.
My son was shaking when he recounted this to me. I was ready to track this creature down and tear her apart.
Meanwhile, he had just starting dating a young woman after connecting on line. On the first date, she grabbed his face and kissed him, grabbed at his privates, and rubbed herself against him.
He is a virgin and was not prepared for it. He hadn't even kissed a girl up to that point. He's looking for Ms. Right, not Ms. Right Now, and talked to my husband about it. Dad told him to be wary of a girl who's ready to move so fast. He ended it.
I am praying that God will bring the right girl into his life, and they will both know it when they meet.
Honestly, where have all the good, normal, honorable girls gone? Are loose and psychotic the only options now? No wonder men are going MGTOW.
It’s a painful thing to recall and recount, but people need to know.

the only way to make sure you don’t get a woman pregnant is to keep the bone in the pants, bonemaker.
You will never be asked to babysit again. You will never be able to coach a ball team or even be a chaperone on a school field trip. You will forever be stigmatized.
This is why false accusers need to be severely punished with a minimum of a 20-year prison sentence.
Just spent the afternoon with a woman I know.
She is in her late sixties and was bemoaning the fact that she had spent her life victimized by men. You know, there were’t sports for women 50 years ago... she says she didn’t even know how victimized she was.
It was amazing to listen to her.
Never have I been victimized by “men.”
I have been hurt by “jerks,” raped too.
But it wasn’t “men.”
And BTW there were plenty of sports that women participated in 50 years ago.
Like I reminded my sons over the years...breasts are for feeding babies. But alas, to no avail.
