Oddly enough, criminals havent yet deduced the allegedly awesome crime-evading powers of the silencer. A Chicago PD spokesman told Steve Chapman earlier this year that they rarely recover silencers in gun crimes; an ATF study found that, of 1.3 million silencers in use in the United States, an average of
44 are used in the commission of crimes annually. Why would Americas felons leave a tool like this at home when, per Gillibrand, it could mean the difference between capture and escape? Are they idiots?

Chuck Schumer’s sock-puppet
You can almost see his hand up her backside
Pathetically stupid.
Sure doesn’t know anything about how the world works.
All motor vehicles of makes and models used in crime need have their vehicle silencers banned.
Electric cars allow criminals to get away undetected.
Ban them as well.
This is your brain on ...............
Why not just use a knife? Apparently knife crimes are impossible to solve.
She’s to old for him to do that to. He likes the young ones...
Maybe kirsten saw a “silencer” tie wrapped on to a Colt Python .357. We all know how well that works.
It’s simple Kirsten. They just have to listen for gun shots a little more carefully, DUMMY!
I have never seen a pellet pistol that is silent. What kind do you have?
Poison doesn’t make any sound at all, Kirsten. Just sayin’
Just like in Seattle where flash hiders are illegal.
“We can take a picture of the gun sound to identify which gun was fired”
Yeah that will be a shame Kirsten ...... those that didn’t know you were alive will know your dead ........or care.
IIRC, Chicago has a network of gunshot-locating sensors. Not so useful if a properly used silencer is involved.

If the gun sound don’t fit, you must acquit.
In a pinch, a pillow works well, and it is disposable, and cheap.
She has probably been hanging out with the congress critters who thinks Guam might capsize.
So does an empty coke or water bottle. In parts of Europe it’s common for suppressors to be used on hunting rifles to not disturb people who might either be or live within earshot of a non muffled rifle and it also helps to not spook the deer they are hunting; particularly if there are other hunters in the area.
Yes, they should be legal, and without any kind of extra paperwork. It’s just another firearm accessory.
Oh it’s not silent, but sounds closer to suppressed pistols in the movies.
