This AR-15 with a two-inch barrel takes it to another level and is just insane.
AR-15 style rifles sporting shorter length barrels are high in demand these days. But how short is just too short on a registered short barreled rifle (SBR)?
Well, try this one. Yes, that barrel is actually only two inches long. When firing the 5.56x45mm/.223 caliber cartridges, the tips of the bullets protrude out of the barrel. This can be witnessed in the video before each shot is taken.
Is a 2″ barrel a good idea on an AR-15 rifle? Maybe not, but it does still shoot. Would you take a chance and shoot this ultra short-barreled AR-15? See the SBR AR15 footage here.

Not good for long range accuracy, but clean-up is a snap!................

There is a reason for barrel rifling. It’s called accuracy

Good thing it has a Pickatinny rail - if the guy wants to mount some optics for those 1000-yd shots they’ll snap right on.
To: w1n1
How can this be called a 2" barrel if the tip of the bullet protrudes?
A 55-grain 223 bullet is about 3/4" long and all this thing has is a chamber for the case.
Congratulations - we've "evolved" back to muskets - and not even that.

That thing doesn’t need sights. It needs a shotgun bead.

Seems like a waste of the rounds. Almost no chance to get good rotation and wasting a major part of the powder.

Velocity is about like a .22 rim fire but if you shoot someone close up you can cremate them at the same time.

Why would anyone want a short barrel rifle?
My old Marlin Glenfield 60 had a 22” barel, now the same rifle has a 19” barrel. I guess it’s a manufacturing cost thing, because longer barrels are typically a slight bit more accurate.

Looks like he’s trying to turn an AR-15 into a CZ Scorpion EVO 3.
Why not have both instead? No need to mess with the AR-15 like that.
