When Mount Vesuvius erupted and buried the Italian city of Pompeii in ash, killing 2,000 people, it was regarded as one of the most catastrophic natural disasters and is still studied heavily today. By comparison, a nearby supervolcano called Campi Flegrei, which means burning fields, would put the lives of 500,000 Italians at risk and cause damage that would extend to the surrounding nations.

Calabria, where my family came from is Earthquake Central. last one was in 1908. The Reggio-Messina earthquake beat the crap out of us with four Tsunamis. It could be felt in Russia. These happen every 100 years or so. So we’re due.
There is one cooking up around Yellowstone. If they go simultaneously, BIG TROUBLE.
Who the hell is Ann Barnhardt?
Hmmm. I know a great place for a vast Islamist Camp.
This was predicted last week by an earthquake specialist that I monitor. See the link below.

PING!
Great. We’re going there in July.
Right, sort of. Vesuvius had a relatively small eruption but this is a different volcano although they share a common magma chamber.
No one is better at hacking volcanoes than the Russians
We should now be studying 1816, “the year without a summer” very closely.
My Bucket List included visits to Pompeii and Herculaneum ,, made it there a few years ago,, lots of sights to see.. Glad to have made it there before it gets covered again..
“BIG TROUBLE.” If just Yellowstone goes, think of dear old ELE.
I was there last September.
Talk about the air pollution that will happen if it blows, not to mention the affect on the planet’s climate.
Note: this topic is from . Thanks gaggs. Was watching and listening to a crockumentary on YouTube last night, and then did a little browse of related topics.

The Campi Flegrei topics, sorted chrono:
Single female Catholic blogger who is big on gun rights and says Francis is illegitimate, among other things.
She’s had some real interesting posts about Muslim immigration into Scandahoovian countries (graphic forensic photos of women raped/murdered by said immigrants).
It sounds like Campi Flegrei is the site of an old very large eruption, like the Valley of 10,000 Smokes left after Katmie erupted in 1911 or 12. Anyone have more information/history on CF?
And we should never underestimate the potential for volcanic disaster. In 1902 politicians insisted that Mt. Pelee was not that dangerous so that people would stay in San Pierre for an important election. It was important that they stay so a white man, not a colored, be elected to the French national assembly. Then the mountain blew killing at least 30,000 people. After several months of paying coloreds and blacks a small disaster payment for living away from home, the government cut off the payments forcing the people to move back home even though the visiting volcano experts said their was strong danger of another pyroclastic eruption. They were right and 2,000 more people died.
We have also witnessed Mount St. Helens recently, and other nearby volcanoes could cause even more fatal eruptions including major flooding as snow is heated. Anyone remember the 23,000 people killed by the eruption caused flood in South America a few decades ago? The Pacific northwest has a lot of volcano danger areas.
When the earth gets going, there can be a lot of trouble in a number of places. The series of New Madrid giant earthquakes in 1811-12 is a case in point. In that period there was a major earthquake that killed 20,000 people in Caracas, Venezuela. During the 1902 period when Mt. Pelee in Martinique killed at least 30,000 people, nearby St. Vincent also had an earthquake that killed several thousand, and in Guatemala Santa Maria killed another 5,000. I think there was other activity in Central America as well, all around the edges of the Caribbean Plate.
Thank you again for your research. I guess I can find the answer to my question somewhere among these links.
