I’ve read his immigration position paper and listened to numerous rallies and interviews, and I have never heard that he would “expedite” illegals coming back in. All I’ve heard or read is that they would have to go through the same process any other person who wants to come to the US has to go through. You have a link about “changing his tune”?

Then the courts were absolutely wrong. Just the way they’ve been wrong pretending that a child born in the US to illegals is a US citizen.
The idea that the rights enumerated in the Constitution of the US applies to people here illegally is suicidal and against and opposed to the very principles upon which the Constitution is founded.
No more feeding at the taxpayers trough. Retroactively, to 1968, cancel any America citizenship currently held. Fill all the unused container ships and set sail for Cuba or Angola.
yes, remove incentives, any illegal who is detain by police or signs up for a government program will be deported. It’s like speeding. If we show a presence and intention to deport, some will leave on their own and fewer will come here. If you’re on the freeway next to a cop car, every one flows down.
Do those things and illegal aliens will deport themselves and pay for the trip. Motivation is a powerful force.
I know you’re at least half joking so I don’t want to react too seriously but this kind of comment brings us all down and harms the movement. Do you seriously want to kill 11 million people? I can’t believe that. Words have power. We should all watch it.

immigration law when I immigrated here didn’t give any benefits at all to immigrants...I would have been deported if I even applied...
why would illegal aliens receive them ???
Very simple. Give them 3 months to go home. After that we arrest them all, charge them with a felony, take retinal scans, fingerprints, mugshots (like I did in Afghanistan with the US Army), confiscate the their assets, sell them & use the money to pay down the national debt, send them back to Mexico at Mexico’s expense. The second time they are caught it is an automatic 6 month work prison detail building the Southern Wall. Caught again = one year work detail, etc. All prison costs are billed to the Mexican government. This is how you stop illegal immigration in America for good. We need strong leaders to implement this plan of action.
Well since the constitution says citizen, let us go with the actual language and not what some liberal judge said at some point. The mess we are in now did not start yesterday. Besides which, the US Constitution is not a national suicide plan.

Funny you should mention school buses.
In 2014 & part of 2015, DH was working in Houston & we were driving back to San Antonio every weekend to check on the house & take care of the yard.
While all that stuff was going on with the ‘’unaccompanied children’’, on Friday nights, we would see upwards of sometimes 20 empty school buses (+ church vans & passenger vans) on IH10 westbound (This was after 7 PM & at night).
On the way back on Sunday, we would stop at the Whataburger in Sealy to eat. There’s a fairly small motel across a dirt easement from the Whataburger & a gas station/ Burger King.
On Sundays, it was packed crowded with laborer looking Hispanics flowing out of the rooms’ open doors, all over the parking lot, back & forth to the Burger King/ gas station/ Whataburger. I don’t think we saw 10 kids under the age of 15 the whole time, IIRC.
There were usually 2 or 3 of these passenger vans in the parking lot- maybe a couple of cars, but otherwise, the parking lot was empty except for pedestrians.
If they did it once, they can do it again.
Personally, I like EnglishOnly’s recommendation.
prosecute and fine any company who hires them
prosecute and fine any landlord who rents to them
prosecute and fine any homeowner who harbors them
no government checks or services without proof of citizenship
Emergency services limited to mop them up, stabilize them and deportation
Give one year to fully implement these policies, beginning with employment and living quarters.
Most will self deport.
Have a concomitant reduction of government support of US citizens who are able bodied.
Watch wages rise with supply and demand instead of being held down by illegal labor.
End all HB1 visas.
Repeal all barriers to companies training worker in house, bringing back IBM school, bank school and the like.
End all student loan subsidies. Let tuitions fall to their natural levels.
These would all be good starts...
