The author of the text (which is in German) is purportedly a former member of the Islamic State who wants to warn the West that ISIS possesses four nuclear devices, and plans to use them against the United States, Russia, France, and Germany. What he says may well be a hoax, or more specifically, deliberately planted disinformation to achieve particular political ends. I can think of several Great Powers who would find it useful to disseminate the fiction that ISIS is ready to use nuclear weapons.
However, it could also be true. If it is, you may be sure that the intelligence services of Russia and the major Western powers are well aware of it. As the ISIS defector points out, the West has moles inside the highest levels of the Caliphate.
Before making this video, Vlad and I discussed the pros and cons of whether we should publish this material. After all, it serves the propaganda interests of the Islamic State to have this sort of thing disseminated. On the other hand, if it turns out to be true, and a mushroom cloud were to light up Berlin or Paris next week, we would have been remiss not to have put the information out.
So here it is, but with a huge CAVEAT: We have no idea whether the information given in this video and text is authentic. Listen to it or read it, and make your own best judgment.

Thanks for the info. This specific claim doesn’t seem credible on the specifics then. Doesn’t mean they don’t have them, just that this report can’t be accurate because it references stuff that doesn’t exist.

The threats can be many . Some as simple as every nut with a bic lighter sets a fire, wild land and urban on the same day or a complex plan to kill infrastructure such as power, communications , transportation hubs, ports, rail and airfield.....
Then you have to consider the insider threat....like 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.....

Exploded like a truck bomb or in between even low hills, much smaller radius. Nagasaki’s hills significantly reduced her causalities from those in the flatter Hiroshima.
But the damage radius of modest nuclear bombs (NOT H-bombs!) is really pretty small. But remember, we were told the jv team is beat.

Agree ... strength be it real or theatrical ..... is a strong recruiting tool. Iran can buy the weapons they need including a few for ISIS. SADASS INSANE was in possession of some pre-weapons grade yellowcake that was removed from the country by coalition forces back in 91 ..... Iraq has been castrated as far as nukes go for a long time . It will take decades for them to recreate such a weapons program IMHO.

The good news is, he might set it off personally there, and go out with a bang, taking all the career politicians with him. He's not successful with much, but can probably push a button. Low yield crude weapon won't bother the rest of the country that actually produces goods and keeps things humming.
I wonder where they send batteries overseas for the lead to be reclaimed?
