Had I been Saddam I would have had my scientists doing their utmost to construct nuclear weapons. Wonder if he did so himself.

Agree ... strength be it real or theatrical ..... is a strong recruiting tool. Iran can buy the weapons they need including a few for ISIS. SADASS INSANE was in possession of some pre-weapons grade yellowcake that was removed from the country by coalition forces back in 91 ..... Iraq has been castrated as far as nukes go for a long time . It will take decades for them to recreate such a weapons program IMHO.
