Ive noticed that most of my readers are not Trump fans, and I appreciate that. I love you guys for being reasonable and not falling for this glorified circus elephant. But Trump fans will come out of the woodwork because of my latest piece here, and when they do I want you to notice something: they claim they like Trumps blunt and unapologetic approach, but watch how they react when that blunt and unapologetic strategy is turned against them. Watch what happens when someone is blunt and unapologetic towards them.
This is the first sign that Trumps legion of admirers arent sincere. They say they like his tone which is already a terrible, horrible, ridiculous reason to elect someone president but it turns out that they just like his tone when hes regurgitating their own shallow sentiments.
Trump, of course, is the same way. He claims to be the bold, politically incorrect guy, but he cries like a scrawny bully when anyone punches him back. Hes weak. And thats what led to the now infamous incident a few days ago, where he attacked Megyn Kelly for asking him tough questions, insinuating that she was on her period.

“...explaining why Trump is the best candidate.”
Never, never once did I say Trump was the best candidate! But I absolutely LOVE who he is pissing off.
BLUF: You only draw flak when you are directly over the target — Who is drawing the most flak...JEB, lol, yeah right.
And for GD sure it would take a whole hell of lot more than that to offend this Chief....dismissed.
Many conservative care more about immigration than anything else. The number of conservatives like that is growing rapidly as America turns third world.
In the not too distant future, the GOP will either become an immigration restrictionist party, or it will split and America will have a new right wing nationalist party.
This is only the beginning. Few right of center millennials have any loyalty to the GOP. Older conservatives are getting fed up too. If the country shifts much further to the left than it is now, there won’t be anything left to lose if the Democrats control the entire Fed Gov.
Cruz is smart to not get in Trump’s crosshairs. Last thing Cruz needs is a food fight with Trump. Trump will implode and Cruz will benefit.
Now read that article I posted and tell me what YOU think his chances of winning are.
And if you think, if he starts giving yeb any serious competition, that the pubbies won’t miraculously discover ‘eligibility’ as a factor with Cruz.
I suspect, having judges in their pocket and more than one pro dead baby female on board with it, the same judges that failed to find ‘standing’ with anyone challenging the current occupant’s eligibility will roll over and play dead for the uniparty.
When you own the judiciary, and the uniparty does, anything becomes law if you wish it.
Just a suspicion mind you.
A suspicion I didn’t have prior to the debate farce and the analysis in the link I posted.
THAT`S FUNNY!
“Mexican government is going to write the US government a check for the cost of constructing a fence and securing its southern border.”
If they refused, that would be a perfect casus belli. We could establish a depopulated zone from the border down, say, to Mexico City.
That way they’d have to walk hundreds of miles if they wanted to die on the fence.
I live in Southern CA and illegal immigration is one of my biggest issues. I voted for Prop 187 and would do so again.
I am all for building the fence and securing the border. But the idea that Trump is going to get the Mexican government to pay for something which the US government should have been doing all along is simply preposterous.
I'm being sarcastic towards a writer that has invented an entire situation so he can "comment", thereby indoctrinating the reader ln HIS particular brand of "logic"
Well?
I'm not a full-on Trump fan. I would much rather see Ted Cruz in the White House. But the degree to which Trump has kicked over the hornet's nest in the GOPe, and the sheer number of people coming out of the woodwork to force him as far from the party as possible- even using the media to impugn his character- is intriguing.
I also find it quite telling that the people most supportive of the GOPe candidates are the ones following the Alinsky playbook most closely.
If Trump is indeed a crook and a phoney, then let's light him up by all means. But if this is just more GOPe schtick because he doesn't want to play in the GOP's crapper, then the GOPe gets what it deserves: another lost election because they failed to produce a single candidate that wasn't just another stinking RINO.
On that note, I think it would be good for Trump to run as an independent. It would separate him from the GOPe fold and the Democrat party (both the same) and give Americans the chance to compare and contrast him to the other runners.
As far as Cruz goes, I would like to see him come out swinging. He may be a man of noble character, but he's swimming with man-eating sharks. Maybe he's just "rising above" the rhetoric. But if he's going to convince the nation that he can change the system, he needs to show us now that he can fight with the best of them.
We are at war. And war is no place for soft-spoken ladies and gentlemen.
One final note: the only reason that Trump could win the election is if the GOPe fails to present us with a better alternative. With the exception of Cruz (who talks well but hasn't come out swinging yet), I don't see the GOPe winning this unless they get behind a real fighter.
Well, I don’t really want a war with Mexico. I would be content to stop the flow of illegals, secure our borders, and enforce existing laws.
“Cruz is a bit tougher than that.”
I engaged in hyperbole. Still, he is far too weak to go toe to toe with Putin, the ayatollahs, or even David the bone-smoker Cameron.
The political process is already a mockery, even without Trump. I don’t want him as president, but I think it is good to have him shaking things up. He is over the top, but maybe because of him others will be more bold to speak out.
+1+1+1
My real concern is Trump will run third party and elect HRC.
If Trump is the GOP presidential nominee, I will support him unconditionally, despite my personal reservations about his questionable track record.
The Mexican government is going to write the US government a check for the cost of constructing a fence and securing its southern border.
You may have wanted to end with a question mark, but I could be wrong.
Of course Mexico could pay for the fence. How? Tariffs on copper wire, cement, oil, etc.. Not to mention a surtax on every Mexican incarcerated in local jails or prisons. There are other ways too.
What will be the macro effect on the U.S. economy? Negligible.
Someone around here is clearly off his meds.
Is that an ad hominem attack? Yes, but not important at this point.
It [sic] think it is most of Trumps supporters who actually believe this nonsense.
Well, I'm not a Trump supporter, but is it really nonsense?
I hope that helps.

You talk about the DC Cartel. But just who has articulately made the case against the DC Cartel and even coined the phrase? Hint: It isn’t DT.
“Well, I dont really want a war with Mexico. I would be content to stop the flow of illegals, secure our borders, and enforce existing laws.”
What about the cartels, who continue to bring heroin, cocaine, and meth into this country—not to mention terrorism of a magnitude not seen since the Mau Mau rebellion?
Unlike your average border-crasher, they won’t be stopped by the fence.
What about the 30 million illegals already here? How are we ever going to find the will to expel them, absent an event like a war?
Most importantly, though, we need to slap the crap out of Mexico for all the harm they have caused us.
He’s weak? In what way?
He’s stood before courts and argued his case.
He stood in front of the Senate and at a great threat of loss of stature within that body called the leader of the Republican party a liar.
He has repeatedly been on the wrong side of the GOP establishment. With very little support.
