Female genital mutilation (FGM) or clitoridectomy is an Islamic tradition, rampant in the Muslim world. These news reports never mention female genital mutilation’s justification in Islamic law, always painting it as a cultural practice.
“Man circumcises wife after raping her: cops,” by Kirstan Conley, New York Post, October 7, 2014 (thanks to The Religion of Peace): A Manhattan man was charged with circumcising his much-younger wife after she refused to have sex, authorities said Tuesday.
Moussa Diarra, 48, wanted to have anal intercourse with the 24-year-old victim and when she said no, he forced himself on her, police said. He sodomized her before performing the horrific circumcision around 9 p.m. Sept. 14, the woman told cops. The victim reported the assault about a week later, police said.
Diarra, who is originally from Africa, where circumcision was once common, was arrested Sept. 23, court records show. He was indicted by a grand jury six days later.

I know of an appropriate punishment for the husband.
He needs to be buried alive in a coffin full of hungry rats, with a piece of rebar stuck up his ass. And the coffin should have a pipe to let air in so he doesn’t die of suffocation.
I’m surprised the wife had the guts to turn him in. I hope she is hiding in a secure location.

Eventually the American people will come to understand that the concept of “multiculuralism” is a fraud. Islamic culture is simply not compatible with the values, institutions, scientific and social advances that define Western modernity. Most Muslim countries are in turmoil as they are forced to confront modernity. When Obama stated that some people cling to their guns and religion , he was referring to white Christians who he despises. However his comments refer to the bewildered Islamic jihadist barbarian reactionaries who are fighting to restore the values, customs and even dress of the 11th century. 1) I like your rebar idea, use a six foot length and stand him up on "tippy toe" or...
2) Stand him up bare footed on a 50# block of ice sprinkled with rock salt, and hang him with a piano wire noose, snug but not too tight.
