Randomly assigned, like Clinton’s “Magnificent Seven” randomly assigned cases - at a private monthly meeting where they all chose who would get which cases to cover Clinton’s behind?
One of those “Magnificent Seven” was Judge Robertson, who tried to hit Hemenway with a penalty for filing a frivolous lawsuit, when everybody knew that the case had already been tried through Twitter.
Judge Roll was the one judge Holder had to worry about. Roll had angered both conservatives and liberals with his rulings; he was not owned by either side. His arguments relied on the law and Constitution, not political pressure. Even when he had to have a bodyguard because of it, he was willing to make unpopular decisions. And as I understand it, he had ruled against Obama on the ability to confiscate money and put it in private accounts.
But of course, it was just an accident that Judge Roll was shot in the aorta and died within 7 seconds. He had just happened to stop by on his way walking home from mass, according to Sheriff Dupnik - even though the reason the FBI was able to be involved in the case was because Roll was carrying out pre-arranged discussion involving official business - pre-arranged because of a phone call he received before Saturday, alerting him that Giffords would be having this event. At least that’s what the FBI officer said in the official charges against Jared Loughner. So the FBI and Dupnik have contradictory statements, but of course that is just an accident too...
We know that because Jared Loughner, who was so concerned about the corrupt government spying on him and whose defense had to do with schizophrenia and how he just “snapped” because of the schizophrenia, still wrote out “I planned ahead” “Giffords” and “assassination” on an envelope with his signature, that he put in a safe in his parents’ house just in case somebody wondered who he really meant to kill...
But in all seriousness, the Judge Roll issue is (at this point) a side issue. The fact of the matter is that a violent attack took place and suddenly EVERYBODY was blaming the “vitriol” of conservatives rather than schizophrenia. And that provided the PERFECT excuse for law enforcement to claim Obama needed a new BC in order to be safe. Especially since - as Abercrombie told Evans - there was at that point no proof that Obama was born in Hawaii. According to Fukino’s HDOH, there was a BC amended in late 2006 - vital recordS (plural) that were half written and half typed, and according to the OIP, affidavits and/or other evidence filed in support of the claims made (IOW this was a late, altered BC - legally non-valid). And Abercrombie said that was going to be a legal problem because of the eligibility bills pending in places like Arizona. Abercrombie acknowledged that they had a problem there, with the sketchy documentation for Obama.
When I think at how devastating and huge an EMP attack would be, I ask whether Obama would be willing to give all that up. I’ve wondered if his wife and kids are taking so many vacations because they have stuff they want to do while they still can.
Somebody mentioned in another thread the possibility of a neutron bomb, which kills people but not the infrastructure. The idea was that if China, Russia, etc were going to destroy the US they would want to leave it habitable because it is such prime real estate. And the thought occurred to me: once the people of America were killed off through starvation, chaos, etc, the communists/Islamists could come in with cities etc still intact and most of the bodies buried by DHS. And they could set up their own new electronics, grids, etc where the fried ones had been, and carry on.
And as long as Obama and his family have a nice bunker to stay in for that year or so while DHS is doing clean-up of the dead bodies, they could be fine. They’d still have ski resorts they could go to, fine dining, etc. They’d just have to make it through the extermination of the Americans first. A little delay...

I think they would. I think it’s what they’ve been wanting to do for a long time.
"Palafox publicly stated he had no idea why he had resigned." That's awfully curious, isn't it? Is he saying he's so out of touch with his motivations that he can't begin to identify them when asked? Or are we just supposed to realize that he's called attention to what should be a big red flag, saying he was forced to resign without there actually being any investigation or hint of impropriety on his part? Palafox's honor seems nonetheless compromised for not doing a full whistleblowing. OTOH, perhaps his employment contract makes that impossible.
Does justice in Hawai'i not have any legal friends in high places?

OK, so your theory is that (1) there was only a 1-in-15 chance that Roll would get the case (assuming that there ever was a case, which in fact there never was), (2) Roll was the only 1 of the 15 Obama was worried about, (3) but Roll actually didn't even have that 1-in-15 chance because the random selection is fixed anyway, but (4) Obama nonetheless had Roll murdered because....?

Just one thing Butter, the “wrong” BC#(10641) on the COLB was first revealed by Fact-Check photos back on August 21, 2008.
They (Obama/Hawaii??) were doing things with the numbers before he was even elected. Obama didn’t control law enforcement at that point. So how did Obama get that number to begin with?
The law enforcement excuse would only work, if they decided that since Obama had already stolen Stigs number and if that information was made public he would be in danger.
Kind of like a crime to cover the crime.

We really don’t know who Loughner’s intended target was. The end result, though, was that a judge who had shown remarkable integrity was dead, replaced by someone of Obama’s choosing, and the whole world was talking about how dangerous conservatives are and how likely to kill elected officials...
Abercrombie’s office acknowledged that they had forced Palafox to resign, 3 days after they said they hadn’t asked him to resign. And that whole time AG Louie remained coyly silent on whether or not there was an investigation of a crime or not. It was not very subtle at all.
Right now I think true justice has few friends ANYWHERE within the government. Nebraska is a sad, sad joke, I’ve found. And corruption is rampant in Hawaii as well.
I’m not stating any theory about Judge Roll.
I AM saying that he was killed, and the shooting that killed him resulted in a lot of talk about how dangerous conservatives are, and how elected officials have to be protected from them.
Which played right into the plan for getting Obama a new, LE-dictated BC that claimed a Kapiolani birth - unlike the original written report of Obama’s birth which was amended with affidavits and/or other evidence, to which Fukino, Abercrombie, and OIP Director Tsukiyama have all referred in their public statements.
It was a crime to cover the crime.
The “Factcheck” photos actually had exif data showing they were taken in March of 2008, just a couple days before the last of the 3 breaches of Obama’s passport file. That BC# was chosen when they were working to sanitize Obama’s passport record.
And a forged selective service registration.

Speaks volumes about where his loyalties lie.
They don’t lie with the armed forces of this nation, who, down through history have bled and DIED to preserve our freedoms.

Summary: Three events are bizarre unless you realize what was going on:
1. Abercrombie claimed an investigation of Obama’s birth record found something actually written down in the State Archives.
2. Mike Evans claimed Abercrombie told him he had gone to the hospitals with a search warrant, and there is no birth certificate or other evidence that Obama was born in Hawaii.
3. When the story of Evans’ claims went viral Abercrombie and AG Louie forced HDOH Director Palafox to resign and lied about it while anonymously threatening to investigate him for medical billing fraud. Three days later Palafox forced them to tell the truth about firing him by saying he didn’t know why he resigned.
"I believe Palafox was the snag in the plan to create a new BC for Obama based on law enforcement saying it was necessary to protect Obama from those “crazy Arizona birthers”. ... Palafox wouldn’t create a new BC for Obama because the only record they had for Obama was non-valid and couldn’t legally be presumed as true, and the law only allows a new BC to be created for someone who was born in Hawaii.
"So Gov. Abercrombie and AG Louie got rid of Palafox and replaced him with Loretta Fuddy who (as we will see) proceeded to execute the plan – including (among other things) the unlawful shuffling of 4 August 1961 BC#’s in order to land Obama with a BC that claimed a Kapiolani Hospital birth and had the BC# that had been used on the forgery to sanitize Obama’s passport file 3 years earlier: Stig Waidelich’s."

What people need to realize is that the time to stand up is BEFORE you’ve been hit with an EMP. It requires an act of faith that will certainly be called a “crazy conspiracy” by the treasonous media.
The only way Noah had an ark ready is because he started building BEFORE the rain started. Everybody thought he was crazy, I’m sure. (cue the Bill Cosby audio...) If he hadn’t been willing to be called crazy, the whole human race would have become extinct.
People with their eyes open HAVE to realize how precarious our situation is here in the USA. At this point our enemies have been so strengthened, emboldened, and strategically assisted - and own defenses so compromised - that Obama’s occupation or our White House is literally an existential threat to every person living in this country.
It doesn’t get any more critical than this.

That’s why it’s a criminal conspiracy for all involved.
1) Commit crimes that get you the keys unlock the bank safe to rob.
2) Pass a law that you can cover up crimes for safety reason. Because if people found out you were robbing them you’d be in fear for your life.
3) Continue robbing bank for years on end.

I have had no time for FR I have time for readying your articles. IMHO whatever they have on file for one BHO has a DOB in January instead of August and a different mother.
And the BHO referred to in said documnent is not the guy in the WH.
When Mike Zullo spoke to some influential people at CPAC they said they didn’t know this evidence. I believe they all know Obama is ineligible, but I can believe that they’ve not heard the EVIDENCE because they have staffers who weed out anything from what the media ridicules as “birthers”. We already know the great hero Allen West won’t touch this because he thinks it would end his political career. Any time we give the treasonous media this much power over us we have signed the nation’s death warrant.
But there may be others who recognize just how vulnerable America is, with a nuclear-armed North Korea and Iran, and a foreign enemy combatant in control of our entire government. Ted Cruz comes to mind. Rand Paul. Louie Gohmert. If these people know the overwhelming evidence we’ve got, maybe it will give them the excuse they need, to confront the illegality and unconstitutionality of having someone commanding our military who only got into power through a coup by our 2 sworn enemies: communism and Islamism.
YES! And, btw, Allen West is dead to me.
