The HDOH Administrative Rules say a person should be able to get a non-certified abbreviated certificate for anybody. But when you try to get one, for anybody, they refuse and say you’ll have to sue them if you don’t like their answer.
They know there is no judge in Hawaii that will uphold the law.
Believe me on this. I’ve been around the block a few times with them on this very subject.
And their index data doesn’t give a date. Their marriage index is the only one I’ve seen that covers SIX years rather than 5 at a time. It goes from 1960 through 1965, whereas the birth and other indices go from 1960-64.
So if you looked at the birth index you wouldn’t be able to tell what year Ann and Lolo were married.

We’ve got questionable (if not criminal) activity at the HDOH, the social security administration, the selective service administration, and the state department (on the passport breaches). And that’s just on official documents related to Obama.
There isn’t one document which hasn’t been manipulated and which bureaucrats haven’t been covering up or doing the actual perpetration of crimes.
How the heck can any of these people expect us to trust anything that comes out of a government office? Their integrity has been totally compromised in every area we’ve been able to check.

However, with this extension in hand, Lolo was free to come and go between Indonesia and Hawaii if he wished as far as the US was concerned. However, if he wanted to stay in the US beyond June 20, 1966, he would need a waiver.
I dont think that would be allowed for Lolo. He entered on a J-1 exchange visitor non-immigrant visa which is for a training or education program. He was originally supposed to leave in 1964 He received another 1 year extension for a work program with another employer to 6/20/65. He Married SAD and wanted to remain in the US and likely change his status to a LAPR or permanent Resident. Under J-1 there is a requirement that he leave the US for 2 years before adjusting status to some other visa categories including Immigrant. He applied for a 212 (e) waiver of the 2 year requirement. He eventually was denied the waiver and granted voluntary departure by June 20, 1966. He was under docket control which is like a stay of deportation pending outcome of his case and removal from the US either voluntarily or formally depending on the outome. See document on page 98. That indicates he was under docket control and allowed to remain and voluntarily depart by June 20 1966 which indicates if he voluntarily departed before then that would be the end of his permission to stay. His entry visa was likely no longer valid and his extension work/training had ended. Voluntary Departure is like a grace period to leave not an extension of the visa. If he had gotten the waiver he could have adjusted status probably to LAPR-green card and remained indefinately should he have desired.
So Lolo was free to take his new bride Ann and little Barry back to Indonesia to meet his family in late July or August 1965 if he wished.
Whether they ended up in fact going, we can’t say.
In particular, see the July 13, 1965 letter from Zumwinkle disclosing that the East-West Center received a cable from the Indonesian Embassy ordering Lolo to terminate his studies and return to Indonesia.
So maybe they had planned to go and Ann even got a passport in anticipation of going, but then when he was ordered home they didn’t go, for fear that Indonesia would not let him go back to Hawaii.

Ann could have gotten her pasport in anticipation of going to Indonesia with him in 1965 while he was waiting determination on his waiver or she could have gotten one before that and got a a new one after a 1960 or so passport w/renewal expired and got a new one in anticipation of travel. It is hard to say. I would think if she did not have a passport before 1965 that powers to be would have left the records intact showing she could not have gone to Kenya to give birth in 1961, unless there was/is something else damaging in her 1965 passport application...Of course it could be just a coincidence those records are missing..or someone wanted to cause concern over the missing records..Hillary is theSecretary of State.

They are presently laws. You sincerely believe that a majority of the Supreme Court, or a majority of Congress will agree that all legislation voted on by majority of Congress will now be null and void?

Both the Court and Congress are filled with political pragmatists and they will have a complete understanding that the actions that they undertake will result in disqualifying the first black president.

There is a principle of law, which has been recognized by the Supreme Court, called the De Facto Officer Doctrine:

Thus, even if Obama is conclusively found to be ineligible to hold the office of POTUS, this will not automatically negate any of the decisions (including bill signatures) he has made.

That was real growth, not the Clinton Bubble type debt growth. Real. The debt today the unemployment today, would require 16 years of the 82-86 levels consecutively to recover JUST the economy. Forget the moral collapse, forget the military dangers. Just economically, we'd need 16 years of back to back Reaganomics to undo this disaster.
Realistically? Do you THINK that is coming? Do you think the new 2010 GOP is going to get is 16 years of that kind of reform? Wake up!!

OK. That is a sincere answer. I believe it is greatly Utopian. I believe that historically it has never occurred. And I believe that putting our fate in an "informed" electorate when no such body exists in practice is akin to suicide. But I do get it. I know exactly where you are. You once slept, you are now awake and desire to wake others that they may join you in the call to action. I do know that theory. I submit it is utter fantasy and that reason, history and direct knowledge will show you that the majority always sleeps and the remnant alone wakes.
de facto officer doctrine will not apply to Obama, he was challenged on eligibility before he became President and those challenges continue. He and the Nation were put on notice and failed to remedy the situation. It is also not just an administrative issue,
