A certain number of people want everything to go to hell in a handbasket ASAP (note their comments like “it’ll never work”, “it’s going to get worse and no one can do anything about it”, “no one will ever know/care”, all the while their best to discourage everyone) because of their specific “end times” believes. In order to be saved themselves, everyone else has to go to hell or something.
