A college instructor who worked as a senior elections clerk for the city and county of Honolulu in 2008 is making the stunning claim Barack Obama was definitely not born in Hawaii as the White House maintains, and that a long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate for Obama does not even exist in the Aloha State.
Tim Adams, a former senior elections clerk for Honolulu, now teaches English at Western Kentucky University.
"There is no birth certificate," said Tim Adams, a graduate assistant who teaches English at Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Ky. "It's like an open secret. There isn't one. Everyone in the government there knows this."
Adams, who says he's a Hillary Clinton supporter who ended up voting for John McCain when Clinton lost the Democratic nomination toObama, told WND, "I managed the absentee-ballot office. It was my job to verify the voters' identity."
He says during the 2008 campaign when the issue of Obama's constitutional eligibility first arose, the elections office was inundated with requests to verify the birthplace of the U.S. senator from Illinois.

"I had direct access to the Social Security database, the national crime computer, state driver's license information, international passport information, basically just about anything you can imagine to get someone's identity," Adams explained. "I could look up what bank your home mortgage was in. I was informed by my boss that we did not have a birth record [for Obama]."

I always say it wouldn't matter if he was born in the West Wing of the White House... since his father was Kenyan, he is not "a natural born citizen" and is thus ineligible to be president. The whole thing is retarded.

The HDOH has revealed that neither Nancy Pelosi nor anybody from the DNC has ever asked to see Obama’s authentic documentation from the HDOH. Yet she signed a sworn affidavit saying he is Constitutionally eligible to be the POTUS.
She needs to sit in a jail for a long time, starting about 2 years ago.
Why would Mr. Adams risk his professional reputation when all he has is “his word against mine?”

Especially since they were at the time illegally hiding the administrative rules which show what the records were in compliance with.
They weren’t forced to post the administrative rules as required by state law until early November, 2009. A year after the election was over.
Fukino had Alvin Onaka take those rules off the lieut governor’s website, saying they were supposedly being “converted” - even though no new rules have even been proposed, much less are being transitioned in. And the HDOH itself took down their Administrative Rules from their website, where they were required by statute to be posted for the public to access.

Don't know about false statements, but something is a little fishy:

"We hire temporary workers, because we're seasonal," he said.
So it sounds like Adams was a temporary worker.
However, when WND asked Takahashi if the elections office could check on birth records, he said, "We don't have access to that kind of records. [There's] no access to birth records."
Adams responded, "They may say, 'We don't have access to that.' The regular workers don't, the ones processing ballots; but the people in administration do. I was the one overseeing the work of the people doing the balloting."
But he was in administration and had access to a lot of data bases, not like those temporary workers.
You'd want to know how many "senior election clerks" there really were, and whether it really was an administrative post with access to all kinds of information, or just a way of giving a little status to a low-level supervisor of ordinary clerks who had a little more seniority and responsibility but no real authority or power.
From what I can tell, a senior election clerk might have contact with people who could find out such information, but his or her own job description doesn't involve access to confidential databases in other departments.
What kills me is how many posters on this forum seriously believe that HI officials, including the governor, couldn’t be coerced into cooperating with Zer0 on concealing his BC (or lack thereof). How many state officials would dare go up against the WH for whatever reason? And I see no reason to believe that Lingle&Co. are particularly “profiles in courage.”
Dean? Pelosi? Feinstein? 50 state SoS’s who let the parties do the vetting?

thay are not ‘white supremist’ as in against ALL blacks, they are against muslim/sharia takeover of our christian heritage and wish to ban all mosques & Islamic practicing muslims from the US. They do not call for violence, they call for peaceful removal of them from the US.
You and I know the hierarchies of Fox and Clear Channel have told them to leave it alone and I’m sure they have a contractural obligation to follow orders.
Those guys have been excellent in so many ways over the years that I don’t have it in me to condemn them for clamming up about something that sounds screwy to the average person to begin with and is certainly not something that the broadcasting powers that be want touched.
There are lots of rumors around about threats of license removal, imposition of “localism,” and revival of the Fairness Doctrine made by the WH and the FCC. Business is business, so I’m sure they made an informed business decision that it wasn’t worth it.
