They weren’t forced to post the administrative rules as required by state law until early November, 2009. A year after the election was over.

Fukino had Alvin Onaka take those rules off the lieut governor’s website, saying they were supposedly being “converted” - even though no new rules have even been proposed, much less are being transitioned in. And the HDOH itself took down their Administrative Rules from their website, where they were required by statute to be posted for the public to access.

What kills me is how many posters on this forum seriously believe that HI officials, including the governor, couldn’t be coerced into cooperating with Zer0 on concealing his BC (or lack thereof). How many state officials would dare go up against the WH for whatever reason? And I see no reason to believe that Lingle&Co. are particularly “profiles in courage.”
