“Inspector” Lucas Smith claimed in comments on YouTube to have examined all newspaper birth announcements from August through December of 1961, not finding the birth announcement of the Nordyke twins (born at the same hospital as President Obama, one day later). Whether not finding was through oversight or fraud, the birth announcement is there in the newspaper on August 16 (Obama’s announcement was on August 13).
Birthers have attempted to discredit the Obama birth announcement claiming, against testimony of the newspaper and the Hawaii Department of Health that such announcements came from the department, that anyone could place such an “ad”. The very newspaper heading does not say “Birth Announcements” but rather “Health Bureau Statistics” if anyone needed further confirmation of what the announcements are. If a contemporary birth were omitted, then one would ask how, if the Health Department submitted the announcements, could one be omitted. It turns out that the objection is a fake, because the announcement is there just as it should be according to official policy. This announcement, just as the original Obama announcement, was found and published by an industrious blogger.
The Nordyke announcement is at the bottom of the column.
Nobody does. They have no clue what goes on behind the scenes and what is in the hands of what people. People that aren’t Orly, Lucas Smith, and the likes. People that KNOW when and what to do with the information they have obtained.
No one except his fellow whatever-they-ares believes his crap.
Can you please ping me if the entire page surfaces?
(I won’t hold my breath but heck, if this part surfaced, the rest could easily.)
Because all of those lawsuits were dismissed before the point he was required to submit evidence.
Because nothing compels him to do so. In addition, by not releasing it, he encourages nutjobs like you to spin fantastic conspiracy theories, which in turn makes his entire opposition look bad.
And how, exactly, do you know a dime of that was spent on birther lawsuits?
Buahahahahahahaha!
Get lost you dolt!
The Hawaii Department of Health did not register births outside of Hawaii at that time. They didn't start doing that until the 1980's.
At the very least, the birth announcement is pretty conclusive evidence that someone, within a few days of his birth, registered him with the state as being born in the state.
That's easy. The paper did not run birth listings every day, but every few days. So if two babies were born just hours on either side of the paper's deadline, the second baby's birth would be listed several days after the first.
5. Myself, I want to see the ENTIRE birth list in the newspaper and not just the part where the Nordyke name is lised, because the birth listing I see is cut off at the bottom at one name past the Nordyke name.
You could get a copy of it via interlibrary loan. See if your local library is a member. If they are, they can request a copy from the Honolulu library.
You might also be able to find another library near you that has archives of the paper. There's a service called "WorldCat" that lists library holdings around the world. Check to see whether any libraries within driving distance of you have it.
Do you have a clue what passport he traveled with?
The most obvious conclusion would be a U.S. passport. What other one would he use?
Ping back to the thread; begin at #54 and read to end of page, or if there are time constraints, check out #'s 56, 69, 72, 77, 78.

How DO YOU know it was not? It is obvious Bauer went to court. Bauers name is there. Obama does not deny it. Only his little brain dead supporters willing to sell out America.
Did you go away and get more talking points because you had no clue? Or just too lazy to look it up? Or just don’t care about truth? All of the above?
I remember you have a lot of questions but NO facts and nothing to back up your ObamaBot posts.
Indonesian—the original point of discussion!— the possibility that he was a foreign exchange student at Occidental.
And that my friends is how obamabots feel, if you can defraud the courts and the people, then jolly for you! They can't make you be honest.
Obama would have moved to Indonesia in 1967 when he was 6 and he moved back to the U.S. for good in 1971 when he would have been 10. Under Indonesian Law in effect at the time even if Obama had been adopted by Soetoro he could not have gotten Indonesian citizenship. But say, for the sake of argument, he was a citizen. Any passport he would have gotten would have been obtained when he was between 6 and 10. It would have expired long before his trip to Pakistan. How, and why, would he have gotten it renewed when he could have gotten a U.S. passport easier?
When Barack Obama Jr. was born on Aug. 4,1961, in Honolulu, Kenya was a British colony, still part of the United Kingdoms dwindling empire. As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.s children.http://fightthesmears.com/articles/5/birthcertificate.html
Furthermore: Hawaii's Territorial Law, Chapter 57 - "VITAL STATISTICS, I", shown beginning pg 23 of 29, (the law in effect in 1961) allowed baby's born anywhere in the world to be eligible to apply for a Hawaii birth certificate.
He was living with Grandma Toot and Grandpa Stanley Dunham. They were hardly "low income", and they were not members of a minority. He's only half a member.
You are sooooooooo wrong in your statement that births outside of Hawaii were not registered until the 1980s.

Post #28 gives a good synopsis.
The Obama announcement and the Nordyke announcement appeared in different editions of the newspaper because, even though Obama claims to have been born the same day in the same hospital as the twins, he was not.
The info for the two announcements came from different sources, so they were published separately.
Most likely, the Nordyke announcement came from the hospital through the usual channels, and the Obama announcement came from family when they registered his birth.
