“Inspector” Lucas Smith claimed in comments on YouTube to have examined all newspaper birth announcements from August through December of 1961, not finding the birth announcement of the Nordyke twins (born at the same hospital as President Obama, one day later). Whether not finding was through oversight or fraud, the birth announcement is there in the newspaper on August 16 (Obama’s announcement was on August 13).
Birthers have attempted to discredit the Obama birth announcement claiming, against testimony of the newspaper and the Hawaii Department of Health that such announcements came from the department, that anyone could place such an “ad”. The very newspaper heading does not say “Birth Announcements” but rather “Health Bureau Statistics” if anyone needed further confirmation of what the announcements are. If a contemporary birth were omitted, then one would ask how, if the Health Department submitted the announcements, could one be omitted. It turns out that the objection is a fake, because the announcement is there just as it should be according to official policy. This announcement, just as the original Obama announcement, was found and published by an industrious blogger.

That would certainly explain the “embarrassment” argument posed by Obama’s lawyers in the Berg case... (And, as I saw another poster already stated, it does mesh well with Alinsky tactics to raise questions of this nature... Job well done along those lines! LOL)

I think we’d have to hear the reason the officers ran the background checks in the first place to know if the disciplinary action was “for good reason” or not, wouldn’t we? If it was purely for political reasons then I would agree with you — if it was done as part of an investigation of some matter or another then I wouldn’t jump to that conclusion.
I’d be interested in hearing the officer’s version of events in any case... Do you happen to have a link to information about these two officers and their actions, Sten?

If Stanley ann filed for a late BC, the newspaper would report the information on the form she filled out for the BC. One reason it would be days ahead of the Nordyke twins also.
The place of residency would be listed as Madelyn and Stanley’s friends who actually lived there.

That was the first thing I noticed when curiousity came here to support Obama and cause trouble months ago.
Like other obama economists they are fake. None have a clue,any common sense or ever ran anything. Just follow the King's orders and do as he says. Pickup your paycheck and be ready to be thrown under the bus when the public figures Obama out.

The published note simply reflects what was filed with the state Department of Public Health. He was born. Well that's not a fact in dispute--we know that. The issue is where and the announcement doesn't tell us that.
I have consistently advanced a time line that had Stanley Ann and Barrack back to Hawaii for a filing on August 8 which was intended to affect his citizenship. In my view, that is exactly what they did.
Nothing in the Statistics publication reflects anything different than what it would say if they had acknowledged that he was in fact born in Mombassa which he was. All the announcement says is that he was born. It doesn't say where; it doesn't identify a doctor or a hospital; no one remembers it happening; there is no single person who can come forward at the time this became an issue 38 years after the fact (now still only 49 years) and say they were there.

The first almost million is recorded in Obama's FEC filings and it was from campaign donations. I have read the FEC reports and at the time he was almost broke. It is about that time DOJ took over for Obama's court proceedings. Not long ago he hired the attorney Bauer to work in his admin and taxpayers foot the bill.
The rest will be lost in the DOJ budget and taxpayers will pay.
You can look over obama's fec filings or you can find the amounts where someone already did the work for you online.
Interesting Coleman was not allowed to use all campaign donations to fight voter fraud. Obama was allowed to use anything he wanted to fight something easily released by everyone who is a citizen of the United states.
I see the type of economist you are. Make the people pay. Raise those taxes for our agenda and fraud.
curiosity believes Obama is above the law. Obama should be allowed to do anything he wants and never questioned. Only the serfs who pay taxes have to abide by the rules.

and last i checked... cops run checks on cars as they drive down the street. and i believe they can run a background check on the owners or people they come across while patrolling. i'm unsure running background checks require court order or active official investigations. if so, they couldn't check the drivers of cars they pull over (not an 'official' investigation as the stop was the sole discretion of the officer)

If Barry's abstract is equally good for the purposes of proving US birth, then why didn't any of Barry's high-powered lawyers just deliver a copy of the abstract as proof of his US birth, in any number of 40+ lawsuits?
LOL, it took them over a year to fake this. The Nordykes was in the paper , same day Barry’s was. Only the funny thing is, Barry’s wasn’t there. Screw that microfilm sh*t. REAL papers, saved from that date and in the hands of the right people will bust this wide open. It will show deliberate fraud for a very important reason. Just sit tight, it will all come out in good time, the right time, and the right way.
