(Jan. 5, 2010) The Post & Email can publicly confirm that on the first of December, last, U.S. Congressman Nathan Deal (GA-R) challenged the eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama to hold the office of the U.S. presidency.
Todd Smith, Chief of Staff for Representative Nathan Deal of the United States House of Representatives serving Georgias 9th district, has confirmed today that Deal has sent a letter to Barack Hussein Obama requesting him to prove his eligibility for the office of President of the United States of America. The letter was sent electronically the first of December 2009 in pdf format, and Mr. Smith said that Representative Deal has confirmation from Obamas staff that it has been received. The letter did not have additional signatories. It originated solely from Representative Deal.

Hey Obama, can you utter the words that you were born in Hawaii... can’t you? You haven’t yet.
what took them so long
My Rep rocks!
why were obama’s records sealed
Too bad. “O” is the most professionally insignificant and intellectually blase personality to come down the pike in the history of American politics. We could fill the universe with what is IRREGULAR and INNAPPRORIATE about him AND his associations, not to mention his background, credentials, etc!!!!
And WHAT, pray tell, is the answer?
I have never been a conspiracy nut, but the fact that he has spent over a million dollars in legal fees, seems to suggest that there may be something to this... especially when simply providing a piece of paper would put it to bed for ever. Zero’s political “advisers” have to know that if they were to produce an authentic birth certificate, it would undermine any future arguments against their little socialists dictator wannabe.
Any thing... if he is not legitimate, then all of the legislation he signed into law would also be nullified, would it not? And for this reason, and the fact that they plan to ruin our healthcare system, I say make the scumbag prove it. I figured that the cry to prove his eleigibility would increase, and from both sides, as things worsened economically, but now is as good a time as ever.

I just read another article (on Drudge too) how Pelosi is giving Zero jabs and obviously not showing any respect to the CIC. I’m thinking she “knows” that this birther thing is going to come to a head with all he** breaking out. I believe that is another reason why they are rushing and forcing Obamacare on us. I believe that the senators who have decided to “retire” know the end is near too.
Kartoo is a new (to me) search engine that has a nice graphical interface. Good for some things and it's not Google.
And no doubt Obama is scrambling to fulfill the request merely because Congressman Deal made it. >/sarcasm<
Not necessarily -- see http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-bloggers/2422110/posts
Anyone can ask. You don't need standing for that.

Another thought is the reason Obama hasn’t produced a real birth certificate is that he doesn’t have one...
Could be he was born in a mud hut somewhere in Africa with a witch doctor shaking bones over him as a midwife delivered him...No hospital...no doctor...no records...
*ping*
...no evidence supporting your scenario...
