My fellow Americans you all are overlooking the obvious or refuse to accept the premise that we are not dealing with Americans. I read that it is unconstitutional; it flies in the face of the rule of law; a legal body cannot bind its equal. I agree whole heartily with all of these arguments, but again I repeat, you are denying the obvious. Until you accept the obvious, who we are really dealing with and after accepting that realization youll understand what needs to be done next and it has nothing to do with waiting for elections next November. These people are the enemy; the clueless in this country have elected the enemy, the enemies of this country are in charge and their tyrannical mind set is no different than if Communist China rolled into Washington and took control of the capital. Communist China wouldnt recognize our Constitution or the rule of law any more than these Bolsheviks adhere to it now. Our founders in the Declaration of Independence specifically stated the course of action to take when faced with what we are confronting now. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security. Now I left out the call for prudence and patients because we are beyond that and have been beyond that for years.
Question is, do you have the nuts to initiate another revolution to restore our country? Or, are we all just going to whine and hope for the next election, and the next election after that because we didnt like the person running on the Republican ticket while paying a fine of $250 a year for not using a tanning bed, or $750 per year for not buying health insurance, of course NONE of this covered anywhere in the Constitution. Which means absolutely nothing because the ones in charge from the dope in the White House to the collection of Bolsheviks in the House and Senate dont recognize (acknowledge) the Constitution. If you subscribe to the idea of upholding the Constitution, then stop talking and start doing. Otherwise, sit down, shut up, and take your medicine up Uranus and wait for the death panel to decide when you can die.
This is all dependent on whether this massive take over actually makes it to fruition. If it does are you ready to act or talk?
Ever get the sense the USA is just becoming another 2nd world s**thole indistinguishable from the others?
This is not funny anymore.
Now we know why this usurper in the Whitehouse sided with the usurper in Honduras.
Welcome to Utopia. Pay here.
Why not just stick a “This Law Does Not Need to Follow The Constitution” clause in a bill?
As one of the ones making the original statements you are talking about, trust me, I am not overlooking the obvious nor am I refusing to accept the premise.
If this is allowed to stand, we have become a tyranny. The Republic stands in mortal peril. To me, that is plain.
Now as to the “nuts” part of it. I have a wife and a family—for whom I have primary responsibility on this earth. I am not going to go off half-cocked on some ill-planned lawless violent escapade that will end in failure. We’re all ticked off. But ticked off and stupid don’t go well together.
These things must begin at the beginning. I fully expect there to be “escalation”, but the escalation must be orderly and moral. Now we’ve gone the route of contacting our reps and melting the phone lines of D.C. That didn’t work. We’ve shown up at their doorstep for a rally. That didn’t work. So what now?
I dunno. I don’t have an answer. But it has to be bigger and more dramatic, and more pointed. Something like we all show up at our town squares on a predetermined date and publicly burn copies of this legislation. Whatever it involves, we make it clear that we are dialing it up a notch. And we will continue to dial it up every time we are ignored.
And pray. Pray that Almighty God lets us keep our wits about us.
Isn’t a no repeal clause kind of like drinking the cool aid?
Tell that to Bowie at the Alamo, and to Leonidas at Marathon. WINNING is not the only reason to wage war.
Leonidas was part of a duly constituted army fighting a declared war. Bowie a duly organized militia. There’s nothing even comparable out there right now.
