The Broad Perspective on the Growing Outrage in America
Columbia Conservative Examiner ^ | June 11, 2009 | Anthony G. Martin

An ill wind is blowing in America. Ordinary citizens from coast to coast are feeling a growing sense of outrage over what they are witnessing in Washington. At least one talk radio host states that the rage he is hearing from his listeners indicates that trouble is brewing beneath the surface that could erupt into the streets, not in violence, but in peaceful protest that sends a signal to Washington.

Thank you for stating so eloquently and succinctly what has been progressively clear to many of us since Klinton. Be advised that probably half if not more of the folks you would "get together with" are going to be ATF agents or FBI. The only thing that will come from those kinds of alliances IMHO will be information one can divulge under torture and one of the things to change with startling rapidity is the relish the libtards will take in this activity once it is Americans they get to torture.

We need to be "cells of one" which is why this most recent Jew Hater has them so spooked. No wiretapping will listen in to the private thoughts of one person. No surveillance will observe suspicious activity between one person. So the last bit you have is very good. When you make the decision that you have had enough, and that you are ready to do something for posterity then do so. Please "take two". Thank you for the time.

"trouble is brewing beneath the surface that could erupt into the streets, not in violence, but in peaceful protest that sends a signal to Washington."

The Left smiles knowingly, smug in the knowledge that we, their mortal enemies, will march and vote, vote and march, while they steal, murder, and enslave.

And they push and push and push too far. The marching and voting stops.

And justice begins.

No thinking enemy of America would nuke Washington. Without Washington we would be sure to win any war and such an act would also have a favoable effect on any peace.

Our opportunity for peaceful change probably is lost. It is not likely that the left will give us the 40 or 60 years we have given them. Too bad really, but there it is. Read Patrick Henry above and realize we are far more oppressed by our current gummint than those men were by theirs.

Tax revolt is another recourse most powerfully used during our revolution.
_________
I think a tax revolt has already started. It’s not full blown, but it’s there. The amount collected this years was far less than last year and for more reasons than one.

Noumenon, I hear you, and know for sure that your heart is in the right place, but your answer is still wrong.

You can’t let the atheists set the parameters; their philosophy is rooted in ignorance of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

The defeat of the Gospel is what the entire struggle is all about - 100%. - Its what Islam is about, what socialism is about, what Gay Rights is about, What Multiculturalism is about, what Gun Control is about, what the United Nations is about, and especially what Obama is about.

The answer is God’s word, and Prayer. Read the word aloud to your family, and friends, and anyone else that will listen. “Faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.”

Your analysis of what the end game of this is about is spot on.

And clearly we must continually bolster our faith and the faith of those around us. As John Adams said, our Constitution was designed with this in mind and is "wholly inadequate for governing any other".

Our founders knew this, and our founders certainly did this...but the time came when they also had to stand up and fight the tyrants of their day.

History tells us...and IMHO, the spirit whispers, that such a time is near for us as well.

We should always be prepared for it because liberty is something that the forces and powers of hell continually rale, and wage war against. We must retain our faith, pray to God in Heaven, work hard to change things civilly...but also be prepared to defend ourselves, our families, and our liberties at arms if necessary from evil.

"...but also be prepared to defend ourselves, our families, and our liberties at arms if necessary from evil."

Without question:
Luke 22:36

"Then said he unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take [it], and likewise [his] scrip: and he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one."
But that was not the end of the story:
Luke 22:38
"And they said, Lord, behold, here are two swords. And he said unto them, It is enough."

Thanks for the ping, Quix, and thanks to Noumenon and Jeff Head for their powerful words.

For some time, I have felt increasingly, well, “anxious” is about the best word I can use to describe it. “Those people” are in such a rush to implement their diabolical agenda that they no longer even try to hide their true intentions. It is like the masks and gloves have come off. They must believe that they have achieved some kind of critical mass, and that they cannot be stopped. I am just amazed (and angered) at all that is occurring - it seems to come at us from all directions, and it is difficult to keep up with all that they are doing.

I wonder, though, if they have misread the situation. When one uses fraud and deceit to achieve a goal, and believes one's own propaganda, one may tend to forget that the support that has been invented via fraud and deceit does not have a solid foundation, as it is but a shell. While there is clearly a large amount of support for their misguided way of thinking, it is not as large as they want everyone to believe.

I do thank God for all the wonderful folks here at FR, without whom I would be much less informed than I am. May He bless us all.
