Yeah, that sounds right, except for the "explosive as a confession" part, I alway thought that might be the phone call Brenda got around Feb. l6th.

But Feldman wanted it sealed, so I think it was something bad for DW, very prejudicial. This would fit.

The phone call he asked about in court, he wants that info out in the open.

It would make sense that he got it sealed for the guilt phase, but Dusek argued to unseal it during punishment phase. I could be wrong, we'll see when the gag is lifted.

Fresno was permanently banned for posting a parody (joke) of a post from a moderator in the only safe haven this forum provides. The moderators didn't see the humor in his post and he was banned. It did not break any of the rules for the area it was posted in. He did not use extreme profanity, he made no racial slurs and he voiced no threats against anyone. His only crime was not being a friend of Kim's. If they had banned him for any of the infractions listed in the rules, we would all be sad but silent. The injustice of the situation is what makes of his supporters angry. There is no good explanation and it shows another good example of the injustice we came here to fight.

Regardless, Fres will live to fight another day, but since he is banned he has no access to his freepmail. Please direct your thoughts or comments to Kim or JR on this subject.

BTW, I don't know the connection Kim has with the Admin, but I do believe it exists. I've seen the results of posts she doesn't like and they aren't freeper friendly. Hey, just use Fres as an example (He won't mind, He's already been used).

I didn't see anything in that post that would warrent being banned permanantly. In the future I'll certainly use caution about anything I do post.

I don't know about that. 90% of the judge's rulings were in favor of the DA. The lynch mob was waiting out side.

Realistically, Feldman probably figured out he had a much better chance in appeals.

UCAN, one of the most interesting revelations about Jenny's testimony is that she has continued to post on the UT forum. Up until last week as a matter of fact. Is that not odd?

If a 12 year old memory is gospel, why have the Van Dam boys NOT testified? A lot of people seem to want to have it both ways. Jenny speaks the gospel over something that happened, yet the boys are sheltered because that mean old Feldman would badger them in to speaking an untruth about St Brenda. So which is it?
