I don't know about that. 90% of the judge's rulings were in favor of the DA. The lynch mob was waiting out side.

Realistically, Feldman probably figured out he had a much better chance in appeals.

Oh, just throwing another possible theory out there. There was a lawyer on one of the threads one day that said sometimes the defense is working with the DA and not for the client.
