Remember when I told you a while back how I loved your screen name? Well, what I didn't tell you was
why I loved it.

I used to babysit the most adorable, funny litle girl for about 4 years. Summers and long holidays from school. She was about 7 the first time I met her. I just love this kid and she always cracked me up telling me tales of her cat "Fuzzybutt!"

I never went into the reason with you because I thought it would be too hard to explain the "zz" instead of "ss." But since things have slowed way down I couldn't resist, especially finding out that the right name for your kitty was Fuzzybutt. Either way you spell it, I still love the name.

How do you know it was a junky old polaroid. Not all polaroids are created equal.They make very high end ones for use in professional/commercial applications.

Then it should have produced a high quality photo. The fact that according to testimony it was not a good quality photo, that one could not see the 'stains' very well.

When FELDMAN asked the investigator why did they use a Polaroid when their training and procedures call for a professional 35mm photo, he stated "because they told me that is what they wanted done in this case".

How much more blatant does it have to be ?

Because "other posters" follow the case closely, and reach a conclusion different than you, does NOT make them IGNORANT, nor are they "following the 'party line' as given to them by the media.

I have no problem with the above statement and agree.

I am talking about posters that DO NOT FOLLOW the case closely, but believe the KNOW ALL ABOUT the case. Who have a conclusion based on totally biased information from the media and outright lies. Those posters are ignorant. They are following the party line given to them by the media.

As far as who has better judgment, that is a personal call. You made yours. You don't have to accept my judgement. Just come up with something more than 'well the jury voted him quilty, so he did it.'

Don't worry, Ditter, you didn't make me angry. I know that ALL CAPS is supposed to mean YELLING or something. I do it for emphasis, not YELLING, not ANGER. I apologize if the 'venting' came off as angry. I remember you saying you would have respected the verdict either way.

I respect our system of justice and it's intent. I think it's intent was totally perverted in this case.

The other way to look at this case, is that DW did it, but the proof wasn't really there. So, police planted some, and the jury ignored all rules of reasonable doubt and went for guilty, because EVERYONE KNOWS HE DID IT. No proof needed. Just convict. Even though you have evidence that DW was never in the home, and evidence Danielle was not in the MH for over a year, HANG HIM BECAUSE WE JUST KNOW.

I say, it that is how juries will conduct cases in the future, then our justice system has completely gone to hell.

The cat I have now was also abandoned. My daughter brought "Scardybutt" home from college where she was living in the parking lot. She has a paranoia problem is why we call her Scardy Butt.

Again, she has been neutered, had vacinations, regular visits to the vet. We have joked about finding her a kitty pschiatrist.

It is good to know there are other people in the world that adopt strays and homeless. I think our vet thought we were nuts to pay such vet bills.

Scakel has just been sentenced 20 years to life.

It's strange to hear there was another fuzzybutt out in the world. I could tell tales about our cat that would keep you rolling for a while. I still have his picture hung on the dresser even though he has been gone for four years.

The kid you babysitted wasn't named June by any chance.

Aw, I know how it is to lose a beloved pet and keeping pictures close can bring up all sorts of emotion. My husband and I are animal lovers but the problem is everybody knows it. Right now we have a dog, a cat, an African Grey parrot and a parakeet. All rescues.

Her name is Catherine, she has five cats and her nickname, of course, is Cat. ^..^

UCANSEE2; I've wholeheartedly agreed with you and some others. I thought he was railroaded!

I was only able to watch a little CTV (and not internet) about this yesterday (ballgame on today on WGN that carries it here) and I've just recently logged on to FR.

I still wonder...but, I have to say that for the first time, it looked to me like DW had guilt on his face when they questioned his former niece/inlaw. What did you see?

At any rate, the so-called molestation 'charge' of him massaging her teeth...where does molestation factor in? It's very odd... but, molestation? Apparently, he also 'adjusted' his short black shorts. What the heck does THAT mean????

The whole thing just sends up another wrinkled flag to me.

And a PS, my opinion about an earlier post and missing foot...I live in the woods and know a little bit about animals (not much, but a little) and I agree with the poster who said animals go for the entrails first. Also, I used to work for DNR for almost 20 years. Once the bone is exposed, the rodents will go for the calcium in the bones. But, that doesn't answer how the bone was exposed. Satanic...way off my radar screen, LOL!

Remember, though, I'm sure no expert, just my personal knowledge/recollections.

Thanks for responding. Glad to have someone new to talk to. The main thing I believe, is that the evidence proves he didn't do it.

Other than that, mistaken arrest/railroaded/aliens are controlling the trial/jury/media/SD with special transmitters, are all speculation.

What bothered me about the NIECE thing is that she admitted she wasn't recalling this from memory, that she was recalling it from a written statement the police and her mother 'helped' her come up with. The DA,JUDGE,Prosecutor,SDPD have to have everyone BELIEVE DW is this perverted child molestor that deserves to die.

They have invested much time and money, and chances for RE-ELECTION (DA, Paul Pfingst), that they cannot allow a PUBLIC that demands inquiries into the case. That demands sealed records be released. That demands to know why it looks like the evidence was planted, why the EXPERTS changed their testimony in court, why the Prosecution witnesses changed their stories or said that the POLICE didn't copy down the statements correctly.

A lot of heads could roll on this if the truth comes out. SO, they have arranged for ONE HEAD to roll, to protect the others.

The worst part is they claim to do it for JUSTICE in Danielle's case, but if DW is not the killer, they are doing it while allowing the KILLER to KILL AGAIN. They seem to have no interest in the idea that the real killer could still be out there. Doesn't fit in with their 'plan'.
