Yes, more unanswered questions. What kind of murder trial is this when the ME doesn't go into details like that? Folks here have pointed out that removing the left foot and the entrails connotes Satanic practices. Well that I don't know, but why isn't anyone coming out and saying whether it was animals or human interference??

Glad you're here to keep this thread on track, UCANSEE2

That is the conservative issue I find on this case, and other posters that wish to remain ignorant and follow the 'party line' as given to them by the media are welcome to it.

Because "other posters" follow the case closely, and reach a conclusion different than you, does NOT make them IGNORANT, nor are they "following the 'party line' as given to them by the media.

I am comfortable it means they have better judgement than you. Your curiosity with the case is commendable, but your position doesn't make you MORE conservative than someone else.

we remember things that happened and also things that we once imagined and now take as having had actually happened.

My God. Some of you people will come up with anything to try to show you are right. How absolutely disgusting.

I did not intend to make you angry. I said I *respect* the jury's decision & I would have *respected* it if it had been NOT guilty.

Please do some research prior to making such a unwise remark. Check out, at least, what the False Memory Syndrome Foundation has to say:
Some of our memories are true, some are a mixture of fact and fantasy, and some are false -- whether those memories seem to be continuous or seem to be recalled after a time of being forgotten or not thought about.

Then how can we know if our memories are true? The professional organizations agree: the only way to distinguish between true and false memories is by external corroboration.

Not all polaroids are created equal. They make very high end ones for use in professional/commercial applications. These can often be found in crime labs. They are nothing like consumer polaroids in optic and film quality.

Yes, they do. But which one of them produce a negative that can be enlarged ?

Why is there no photo of the MH carpet with the 1/4" bloodstain ?
Where is the photo of the jacket "bloodstains" before the evidence sections were cut-out ?

SDPD (contrary to policy) used a polaroid camera to thwart defense discovery; if not to cover their own thin ass.

The last thing Feldman asked this girl is:

"Do you really remember all this or are you saying it because this is what is written down?"
Her Answer:
"I am just saying it because that is what is written down."

I am probably late in posting on this, but her admission to that tells me a lot.

Q: WAS IT UNUSUAL FOR THE DOG TO BEHAVE IN THE MANNER THAT IT BEHAVED THAT CAUSED IT TO WAKE YOU UP?A: A BIT UNUSUAL. BUT WHEN HER BED IS NOT IN THE ROOM, SHE TENDS TO BE LIKE THAT. IT'S ONLY BEEN A VERY FEW TIMES, THREE OR FOUR TIMES, THAT HER BED HAS NOT BEEN IN THE ROOM.

A: I REMEMBER THE EVENT. I GUESS -- I PLAY WITH LAYLA IN THE BACKYARD. SHE'LL RUN AROUND THE SWING SET, THEN SHE'LL RUN DOWN THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE. AND I'LL HIDE AROUND THE OPPOSITE CORNER OF THE HOUSE AND JUMP OUT AT HER TO SCARE HER, TO GET HER PUMPED UP. BECAUSE SHE LIKES RUNNING AROUND. SO I JUMPED OUT WHEN SHE HAD RUN UP THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE. I WAS HIDING AROUND THE CORNER IN THE BACKYARD. AND I JUMPED OUT IN FRONT OF HER. WE DO THIS OFTEN. AND USUALLY SHE'LL GO AROUND ONE SIDE OR THE OTHER OR GO BETWEEN MY LEGS. BUT THIS TIME SHE HIT HER NOSE RIGHT INTO MY SHIN, AND I SUSTAINED A PREVIOUS SOFTBALL INJURY THERE THAT --Q: CHIN OR SHIN?A: SHIN. SHIN BONE. AND MY SHIN HURT A LOT. AND HER NOSE GOT THAT SAME SPOT IN MY SHIN AND HURT ME A LOT. AND SHE STARTED BLEEDING.

Your screen name makes me chuckle. fussybutt. Thats what we called people in our family when they were just too grouchy & irritable to be around. May I ask how you decided on that screen name? BTW Ditter is baby talk for sister. My brother named me & still calls me that.

My name came from a cat. We used to have tail less cats so we started giving all of them butt for a last name as a joke. We had one named fuzzybutt and used it for my first comp, but typed it in wrong, so it's fussybutt. It was kind of funny so it stuck. When I play games sometimes I change it to sleepybutt, grouchybutt, etc. The cat I have now is Scardybutt.

BTW Our cat fuzzybutt was grown and sick with feline leukimia when he became part of our family. The vet advised us to have him euthanised but we refused. He was treated with anti-biotics, vacinated, and then neutered to keep him from spreading the disease. He lived for 6 1/2 years. When he died we had a granite tombstone made for him, the first one was mistakenly engraved fussybutt and had to be remade.

I do take the treatment of animals, (including wildlife) children, and people in general very seriously. The reason for my involvement with keeping abused children is an even stranger story. I humbly submit that divine intervention does happen in our lives if we are not to arrogant to recognize it.

Agreed. A saying I have heard: "God answers our prayers, in his time and way. The answer may be 'Yes', or 'No' or 'I have a better idea.'"

We are usually not very good at listening, and at accepting the answer, whatever it is. (Human imperfection)

Recognizing this, a good, simple, humble prayer: "Thy will be done, not mine."

Good story. I am a collector of homeless, abandoned & abused animals myself. I only have 4 dogs now, 3 of them abandoned. I am catless for the first time in my life. I have developed a mild allergy to cats after all these years so I think I will remain catless. AS far as children are concerned, I adopted 3 but I have not taken any fosters.

I have the sweetest happiest little black dog lying at my feet right now. I found her abandoned in a shopping cart behind a supermarket last winter, and I am so glad I brought her home. She is a constant joy.
