New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) said Friday that President Trumps decision to switch his primary residence from New York to Florida was likely a move to avoid releasing his tax returns.
My guess is that he was advised by his lawyers that it would help his case not to release his taxes to the Manhattan District Attorney if he could say he was no longer a resident of the state of New York, Cuomo told MSNBC. I could see it as a legal tactic, and the timing is coincidental.
Cuomo added that since many people from New York and other parts of the Northeast move to Florida, Trump is maybe planning on retiring."
If anything, I think Donald Trump has alienated many of the people in the state of New York [through his policies]," he added. To be a real New Yorker, you have to be inclusive. We dont tolerate divisiveness.

If I lived in the house I grew up in - and I mean after it had been paid off, i would be paying $3,200.00 every month in property taxes.
Once a month
Thats what NYS taxes look like. The schools suck. Common core. You have A majority of people in districts so ignorant they put and keep AOC in public office. And the legislature celebrates killing newborns.
For that kind of money.
Actually the schools in Long Island and Westchester are still way superior to anything you have in Flori-duh, but you pay five figure property taxes to live in a top district. The main reason Florida doesnt attract successful companies or the tech industry are the horrendous schools statewide, sad to say. Keep in mind that Florida doesnt segregate their schools by town like NY does, and instead does it by county, so even if you live in a multimillion dollar home in a gated community in Boca Raton, your kids go to school with the good kids from Pearl City or central Delray.
What? These New York politicians just expect Trump the Stable Genius take it (the new law specifically aimed at Trump) on the chin?
The didn’t anticipate the resulting move?
Tax returns? Didnt Cuomo just yesterday say this: "Good riddance." "It's not like Mr. Trump paid taxes here ...?

People have been fleeing NYS for decades.
Over the last 60 years, we’ve lost almost half our House seats.
Whatever. For 3,000 per month Im looking for a good school system. Sorry. And I mean for the community. For that kind of dough, I want to have a conversation with the neighbor kids not compete with their phone Theyd better be aware of what goes on in the world for that. Im not comparing the school to some other contemporary failure Im comparing them to homeschooling or private school. 3200 per month is a heck of a lot more than a college education and these schools suck for that price
LOL. Cuomo questioning whether Donald Trump is a real New Yorker.
Or, in the words of Nancy Pelosi and Adam Schiff, "there is no rule against it."

So what?
I dont blame him.
Hey, Cuomo, how about you release yours first? How would that suit you?
Bye, bye, Andy Soprano.
RIP 2DV
Hey, Cuomo, how about you release yours
Maybe conservative NYers came make a movement on this idea
Irony is ironic. And Cuomo is clueless.
I suspect the President and all the New Yorkers leaving want to get away from people like Cuomo who have no character, are insane, and live in the gutter.
Not to mention they made it known he wasn’t welcome in NYC anymore, plus the tax savings..
Guessing, suspecting, projecting, and if all else fails, making shit up out of whole cloth, they have no facts on their side.
