Since an executive of her bank was appointed to the five member controlling board chances are if the funds were not at least in part deposits of the bank. Part of her responsibility as head of the trust/escrow department would have been to administer those deposits.
I doubt she had much leeway in how they were invested as that seemed to be the purpose of the board as instructed in the will

In most counties public records are bound at the end of each year with both the date and the consecutive volume number added on both the front and the spine of the book. If you are clerking for legal purposes you state: date and the. volume, page, paragraph (if applicable )and then state year on book
Same is true for all material that is recorded and kept at court house. Real estate/ deeds. Legal cases/ divorce Birth - marriage and death records

I think we need to take into account that its possible the HDOH cannot produce a ‘proper’ birth index as other States produce, because they can’t show us what their index doesn’t show.

The index number.
The maiden name of the mother.
The date of birth.

Which might simply indicate that there was a birth for a child named BHO2 in Hawaii during the period 1960-1964 but it wasn’t on August 4, it was in January, and the name of mother was probably ANNA ‘Somebody’

In the Honolulu Dept of Health one can view their abbreviated version of “Index Books”, which are available to the general public. All of the ones that my associate handled had the year range in the header, twice, on every page. The Birth, Death, Marriage by Bride, Marriage by Groom, ALL had the date range on every page. Every book EXCEPT the one containing obamas entry.

And just to be on record again - I personally did not travel to HI, (I really hate flying) I funded two separate trips, four months apart, for well trusted associates to travel there and collect data for me. Various recording devices went along with them so that I could document their experiences.

Wonder if the original was “Sandyburglarized” and the page had to be recreated from another source to replace it. They would have wanted it to appear nothing like the original so those viewing would KNOW its not the original. if that the computer generated copy. They have visually told you it is from other sources

Btw. Tried to get R Charles Paynes probate records. Although the county has a website and professes to have all records available on line, his are not.
Which leads us into supposition and circumstancial puzzle pieces again. There are two working producing wells in Kansas. The Stanley A. & the Stanley D. ( and we ask why he doesn’t want the pipeline flooding the market and lowering their annual revenue). His actions speek louder then the evidence IMO

That is standard computer science 101. Header contains the specific dates to which the data refers and also the date that the report was run. Of what use is a report that doesn’t specify the “as of” date?

Thing is, neither of them do.

One says “Obama Ann S studt” and the other says “Obama Anna Mrs studt”

No “Stanley Ann” there in the Honolulu or Seattle Polk directory for 1961-1962.

Does Stanley Ann Obama” or “Stanley Ann Dunham” appear at any time in the Polk directories for 1962-1963 for either of the two cities?

If those two entries for 1961-1962 are the only place an Ann (or variant thereof) Obama appears, then there’s three Ann’s not two.

And the Ann with first name Stanley is nowhere to be found... at least in those two cities.

You’re so correct! Is there any documented example of her going by “Ann Stanley Obama”? Other than that directory entry, is there any other evidence that Stanley Ann Dunham ever went by “Anna”? What do most people do when they drop their first name and start going by their middle name? Do they reverse the names? I don’t think so. They just drop the first name. As an anthropologist, she went by S. Ann Sutoro, but there was no evidence that the S. stood for Stanley. Early on, there were plenty of articles that reported that the S. stood for “Shirley”. A woman of a thousand names, just like her son.

That 'signature' on the birth certificate is cute...no wonder there are so many layers to that fake, the name started out as Ann Obama, but if you remove an 'a' - add 'unham' to the D and (Stanley) in brackets, it might also have started out as Anna Obama.

That's why imo the HDOH can't print out a genuine birth index, the mother's maiden name would throw a wrench into the wheel of lies that go 'round and 'round, and come out as Stanley Ann Dunham, who wasn't in Hawaii until Spring of 1963.

And the birthdate of the child of whom we do not know the maiden name of the mother, would be another problem for the HDOH, if he's the boy born to the kenyan and his wife that he wrote home about. The child Mary babysat in January.

Think about it. He sent photographs to his family in Kenya of the child and its mother. 'Granny' Sarah knows what we don't know, and so does Malik.

Greenperson, it looks like it was always Stanley Ann or S. Ann, never the other way round.

No “Anna” either. (But clerks can and do add letters by mistake, making it Anna’ or ‘Anne’)

And yes, people put the initial of the first name, then the full middle name.... (mostly when they don’t like the first name :) )

It's a little bothersome that 'Granny' Sarah visited Gaddafi, heaven knows what she might have told him, and Malik also appears with the man who was a friend one day, then met a grizzly end all of a sudden.
