All of the ones that my associate handled had the year range in the header, twice, on every page. The Birth, Death, Marriage by Bride, Marriage by Groom, ALL had the date range on every page.

That is standard computer science 101. Header contains the specific dates to which the data refers and also the date that the report was run. Of what use is a report that doesn’t specify the “as of” date?
You left off the rest of my comment - where I point out that the ONLY Index Book that does not have the offical date range is the Index Book with obamas name.
