Btw. Tried to get R Charles Paynes probate records. Although the county has a website and professes to have all records available on line, his are not.
Which leads us into supposition and circumstancial puzzle pieces again. There are two working producing wells in Kansas. The Stanley A. & the Stanley D. ( and we ask why he doesn’t want the pipeline flooding the market and lowering their annual revenue). His actions speek louder then the evidence IMO

I'm not sure the pipeline will flood the market, as the Tar Sands bitumen is a very heavy crude. More likely it would displace Venezuelan feedstocks and other heavy crude, which in turn would go to China and India. If Keystone isn't built, the Canadians will build a pipeline to the west coast and sell to the Far East instead.
