I don't disagree with you there. If there's one thing I've learned from this whole charade is that our judiciary is utterly corrupted.
November is very important.....our freedom literally lies in the balance. There has never been in my lifetime so important an election.
So...I pray daily for a conservative victory in November and instruct as many as I can to vote as if their lives depend on it. Note I didn't say Republican victory: CONSERVATIVE victory. If we don't win, there may well end up being a real revolution in this country as we fight for our survival. Literally.

Still waiting for an answer as to why SAD Soetoro was able to following instructions as to filling out her passport renewal, i.e. she understood the declaration above her signature and she was to strike words from the declaration only, but she wrote and struck her son’s name on the application when was not instructed to do so.
It’s a similar argument with the Indonesian school record ... the place of birth is indisputable and undeniable, but the declaration of Indonesian Nationality on the same page is a mistake and cannot be taken literally.
Why is that?

Even if he is innocent and is a natural born citizen, which of course he is not, this would be a huge story and the fact that it is not being reported about is a gross negligence of all parts of the media. They are guilty of malfeasance of the greatest order and have left off their duties to keep the public informed about important events in their lifetime.
They are keeping people in the dark and we have to ask what is really going on behind the scenes? Why are they keeping important news out of the hands of the public? Are they being paid off or threatened by bodily harm for themselves and/or their families, or are they being blackmailed? Is there another answer to why they refuse to report this important news? Whatever the reason is I do not believe that a blackout of news of this magnitude is merely because all of the many and varied people in the media, even on right, do not want to be considered foolish especially when much of the media usually loves above all else a good story. All they have to do is remain neutral and just report the news. For some unknown, strange reason that make no sense at all they all are following the same lead and staying quiet except to occasionally mock "birthers".

THE IMMIGRATION & NATIONALITY ACT of 1952
Section 349(a)(5) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) (8 U.S.C. 1481(a)(5)) is the section of law that governs the ability of a United States citizen to renounce his or her U.S. citizenship. That section of law provides for the loss of nationality by voluntarily performing the following act with the intent to relinquish his or her U.S. nationality:
“(5) making a formal renunciation of nationality before a diplomatic or consular officer of the United States in a foreign state , in such form as may be prescribed by the Secretary of State”.
F. RENUNCIATION FOR MINOR CHILDREN
Parents cannot renounce U.S. citizenship on behalf of their minor children. Before an oath of renunciation will be administered under Section 349(a)(5) of the INA, a person under the age of eighteen must convince a U.S. diplomatic or consular officer that he/she fully understands the nature and consequences of the oath of renunciation, is not subject to duress or undue influence, and is voluntarily seeking to renounce his/her U.S. citizenship.
