I was just reading the history of The Mombasa Hospital at the following link. At the end of the first paragraph it says that Mombasa was once the capital of Kenya.

What is the relevance of that?

It clearly shows a reference to "The Republic of Kenya" at least 3 months before the date on the Kenyan BC. Several people here have declared this document a forgery because they claim there was no such place as The Republic of Kenya until December 1964.

Well, obviously there was.

More than likely, that is how the students from Kenya referred to their country. For example, on the college enrollment forms it would have asked where they were from and they stated the Republic of Kenya. Also would those two students have had to produce some type of birth certificate or passport that contained ID information to get into the college?

Why would someone have kept a folded copy of this document for four decades? No one, other than a parent or guardian, would keep such a thing for that long. If this had been filed in some government office in Kenya, it would have been filed flat, not folded. What is the supposed provenance of this document?
