I do remember seeing that post now that I looked through the thread, just never took the time to read that closely.

As to why the child was not included on the line where she should have been? Having prepared returns in that era, I can see how that would happen...
Back to why the exemption line was blank? My guess is that the preparer left that blank while they gathered data to see who could claim Obama on their tax return and never remembered to return to fill that line out.

The fact remains that a copy of their Hawaii return would not have been sent in to the IRS. So the error should have been caught.

In 1973, a dependent had to be a U.S. Citizen or a foreign national who was a U.S. resident to claimed as a dependent on IRS Form 1040.

Not true, but just for fun, let's pretend it is, and continue on with your next statement.

Without the false narrative Obama lived with his grandparents as a U.S. Citizen, then we can only conclude his parents couldn’t claim him on their 1973 tax return because he was not a U.S. citizen in 1973.

So, in what country do you believe he was living in during 1973?

Have you or anyone else ever explained how SADO got credits for classes she supposedly never took? It takes a certain amnt of credits to get a degree. SADO is given credit for a semester at the UoHI, then for classes at the UoWA. If she took none of these classes, why was she given credit? She needed a certain number of credits to earn her BA, & w’out the ones she earned originally at the UoHI & the ones from UoWA, she wouldn’t have had nearly enough for the degree.

Is the theory really that she earned credits nowhere, but was given them gratis? If so, what is the evidence? You can’t just say, ‘the transcripts’. The transcripts show she attended classes & earned grades, etc. So there wd have to be some other independent evidence that the UoHI gave her credits she didn’t earn. What exactly is that evidence?

what MIGHT have happened is his granny dunham filed the “home birth” type of b. c., and the newspaper announcements came from that.

Also the INS could have been shown that home birth doc and referenced “USC” in the wood memo.

0 could be Dual USC/British, but certainly not NBC; his British citizenship came from his dad; fightthesmears had statement to that effect (but I think its been scrubbed from the site )

Following on from my #11337, those home birth b.c.’s could be filled out for people that weren’t even born in Hawaii or in the u.s. for that matter.

That’s the problem, Hawaii had EXTREMELY loose requirements back then.
