The rumor is circulating that new federal regulations / reclassification of Wetted Nitrocellulose by ATF will put an end to domestic smokeless powder production in the U.S. This is both true and not true. CHICAGO -- An Illinois State Representative from Chicago is addressing the violence epidemic in the city, in a different way. Rep. Sonya Harper, D-Chicago, represents some of the most crime-ridden communities, including Englewood and the Back of the Yards neighborhood.
