We've got some real challenges facing us. FR was established to fight against government corruption, overstepping, and abuse and to fight for a return to the limited constitutional government as envisioned and set forth by our founding fathers in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution and other founding documents.
One of the biggest cases of government corruption, overstepping and abuse that I know of is its disgraceful headlong slide into a socialist hell. Our founders never intended for abortion to be the law of the land. And they never intended the Supreme Court to be a legislative body. They never intended God or religion to be written out of public life. They never intended government to be used to deny God's existence or for government to be used to force sexual perversions onto our society or into our children's education curriculum. They never intend for government to disarm the people. They never intended for government to set up sanctuary cities for illegals. They never intended government to “rule” over the people and or to take their earnings or private property or to deprive them of their constitutional rights to free speech, free religion, private property, due process, etc. They never intended government to seize the private property of private citizens through draconian asset forfeiture laws or laws allowing government to take private property from lawful owners to give to developers. Or to seize wealth and redistribute it to others. Or to provide government forced health insurance or government forced retirement systems.
All of the above are examples of ever expanding socialism and tyranny brought to us by liberals/liberalism.
FR fights against the liberals/Democrats in all of these areas and always will. Now if liberalism infiltrates into the Republican party and Republicans start promoting all this socialist garbage, do you think that I or FR will suddenly stop fighting against it? Do you think I'm going to bow down and accept abortionism, feminism, homosexualism, global warming, illegal alien lawbreakers, gun control, asset forfeiture, socialism, tyranny, totalitarianism, etc, etc, etc, just so some fancy New York liberal lawyer can become president from the Republican party?
Do you really expect me to do that?

I think people are just going a bit nutty right now. It was shocking to see these “supposed” Fred supporters like Howlin, actually pulling for Rudy. People are just a bit paranoid right now.
Hang in there. They could be after me next, lol...cause I’m sure at some point I said I would vote for whoever the Republican candidate was, regardless. Which I will. Just can’t vote for a Democrat.

I’m just a lurker really. I’ve never gotten involved in any of the personal fights, and I am as unknown here as could be.
But I am not out of touch.
I know who the trolls are (were) and I know who the real conservatives are.
I’m just coming out to say GOD BLESS YOU for this spring cleaning.
It was way over due and I like I am sure MANY have avoided posting about God and Country because of those former troublemakers never debated, they just got personal and nasty.
As Sam Adams said, it doesn’t take a majority, just an irate minority to set fires.
And sometimes those fires are for evil ends.... they did.
They nearly burned this site to the ground chasing off real conservatives and making it miserable for those who dared to stay and fight them.
But that’s no longer the sad case on FR any more and I am THRILLED to see what I am seeing now.
So I just wanted to say it, to be on record, to add my one small voice to the growing cry of Liberty...

Did you ever consider they may have thought that was a compliment? Maybe that's their way of inviting you to the WA forum. (Oh, I think I just figured out what WA stands for.) Don't take it personally. They obviously just posted to the wrong person.

I’ve been thinking, and have decided it is time for something completely different around here.
Earlier today, you and I had another in a long line of mutually snarky exchanges. Similar exchanges have been going on for a number of years, off and on.
Now, I’m not going to say that I can just forget everything that happened in the past, on the Keyes threads, etc., or that I will probably ever like the people that are now gone from here and that [correct me if I’m wrong] were or are your friends.
But, you are supporting a fine man for President, Duncan Hunter. He’s an American hero. That is commendable. I commend you.
You’re also very restrained, very factual, and very intelligent, in your posting here.
You’re a good American, a patriot, and a solid conservative, and, if I’m not mistaken, and I don’t think I am, a good Christian who loves and cares for their family deeply.
You’re not the enemy. Far from it.
So, I want to apologize for every snarky comment I’ve ever made to you, and I make a commitment now to use far more wisdom and restraint in how I respond to you in the future. Please accept my apologies.
