The anti-Israel, mainline denominations (the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), the Episcopal Church USA, the United Methodist Church, the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, and the United Church of Christ) have 18 million members and are declining. The pro-Israel evangelicals have twice as many members and are growing. Some would say this fact alone is worth noting.
