General Motors Corp. plans to bring back the Chevrolet Camaro as a production vehicle, a published report says. GM chairman and chief executive officer Rick Wagoner is expected to announce the return of the muscle car in a speech Thursday at an automotive conference in Traverse City, Mich., the Detroit Free Press reported yesterday.
