SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- A Cornell University researcher traveling to China was detained by the FBI at Syracuse's Hancock International Airport after a suspicious substance was found in the family's luggage. Seven people, including a 4-year-old girl, were treated at University Hospital after coming into contact with the unknown substance.
